Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mustard Wharf is a lovely place to live. I came here because it's super pet friendly and convenient (next to train station). There's a real community here, you get to know people who live here as well as the people who work here. The added bonuses of coworking space, gym and being to hire out rooms is such a plus - I actually hosted my 30th birthday here and my friends loved it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the whole amazingly. There was one issue with the toilet which did take a while to resolve but that was because a part needed to be brought in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't mind it but just be conscious you're next to a train station. If that feels loud for you, maybe consider Brickworks. But all in all, you'll have a lovely time here. This place is genuinely ruled by convenience, community and care.

Everything is great except the parking. No issues with noise. Good shops locally and the station is close by

Nil issues raised with the team. Staff are attentive

The parking is my only issue. Have to walk streets away to find it

Perfect location in Leeds city centre. Walking distance from train station and the majority of town. Easy access to the canal too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive over WhatsApp with front of house team

Nothing that jumps out as the first time I done the viewing I got shown everything and more

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Quiet neighbourhood, easy access to bus/train links, plethora of shops and restaurants on the doorstep to choose from, canal on the doorstep for walks/runs/bike rides.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A faulty dishwasher occured and was promptly replaced with a new one.

How you're so close to the city, without feeling like you're in and amongst the hustle and bustle of the city.
