Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a bunch of bars and restaurants around the area and grocery store in walking distance. A new bakery has just opened up and it's adorable!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always been very responsive addressing any issues in no time

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The water taxi is very close by and takes you to the Royal Armories in about 15 minutes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is great because you are so close to town and nearby food shops (such as the Tesco express and M&S ) The train station is less than a 10min walk ! Do wish there was a bit more parking availability but that comes with city life ! Bin collection can be a tiny bit disruptive but that is pretty much the only noise complaint I could think of !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had issues with our hot water and washing machine when we first moved in and both issues were dealt with efficiently and effectively (as I mentioned in my above comment)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would of liked to have known that there were very limited car parking facilities (that don’t cost an arm and a leg) because the buildings car park is quite small…

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect for city centre living. It is very central yet quiet and everything is walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team are always quick to respond and help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is very dusty due to being next to the road.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's so many good things about living at Mustard Wharf, From lots of yoga and pilates studios both on site and on nearby roads. There are great cafe's and coffee shops around with different vibes depending on your mood! It's also quiet whilst being so close to the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some issues with our boiler, microwave and lights that were tripping, all were sorted out very promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking situation could be better, more spaces and maybe utilising the parking lot on globe road

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing, so close to the city center but also still very peaceful and quiet with lots of lovely restaurants and bars and cafes on our doorstep. Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station which is ideal for work commute.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All the maintenance team have been really helpful and efficient with any issues we’ve had. They are quick to come and solve the issues and are friendly.

I wish I knew more about all the great discounts you can get while being a resident here, you can get some great deals on some of the bars and restaurants around here which was a lovely bonus we found out once we moved in
