How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to problems/issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not know there was a formal check in and show around available as well as a moving in service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fabulous place to live with friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoy the resident events including the quiz and painting classes arranged by Kourtney!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond quickly and efficiently to any concerns. Jack is also very attentive and always happy to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It doesn't take long to settle into Mustard Wharf with the friendly staff and residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros - Independent bars and cafes, close to the train station, scenic views of the canal. Cons - noise pollution from trains and traffic, not close to any affordable supermarkets or shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ellen was super patient and helpful when it came to renewing our tenancy; she made us aware of our options and was very flexible and supportive when we were unsure about our decision. Other things regarding maintenance or any queries we have have always been dealt with almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parcel deliveries can sometimes be inconvenient but that is more so to do with couriers who either don’t follow delivery instructions or don’t follow the rules of the parcel room, meaning sometimes there can be delays or confusion around getting your parcel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Unbelievable, there is such an array of high quality shops, bars and restaurants in the local area. Parking availability is incredible, we live right next to leeds station so it's great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ellen is always available and on hand to help with any of my queries/issues.

How incredible the street festival is, and I hope to see more in my time here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So close to the city centre but alternatively granary wharf is close which has bars and restaurants Crown point is also very close if you want avoid the city centre and avoid lots of people Very close to the train station south bank and buses to various destinations a close walk away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If I have had a problem then the onsite managers are always able to resolve any issues Ryan is always able to resolve any issues as is Michael Ellen is always able help and pass on any issues she is always very professional Laura is also the longest member of staff here being here as long as myself but always able to resolve any issues I may have The consierge team are also very professional and it’s good to know are on site 24 hours a day Elaine is also a long time staff member and always cheerful Tuntu is always very friendly so it’s good to have reliable staff on site All of the staff are always very friendly Kourtney does an excellent job keeping us all informed of any on going events planned

When I moved in in January 2021 it was obviously a smaller community As more apartment blocks have been completed it has not affected how it was as a smaller community
