Nothing bad very comfortable and feels very homely, for city centre is also very quiet & peaceful, Love the fact you can take unfurnished to put your own mark & make it home

Not had many issues but any questions are always responded to Maintenance very responsive

Everything was explained to me before and when I moved in

It really is very convenient, you reach Leeds Train Station in under 5 minutes, Trinity Mall in under 10 minutes by foot. The canal is also a pretty sight to wake up to every morning. It is relatively peaceful, and you get used to the sound of the trains very quickly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all responded to really quickly. Be it from plumbing issues, a broken chair or light bulb changing, all addressed within a very quick time.

I wish I knew the childcare across the street closed down. Was hoping to send my kid there.

Leeds city centre is great there’s always something to do and new things popping up regularly. Transport links are also great with being so close to the train station!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was in a right pickle this year when it came to moving around but these guys sorted an apartment for me super fast and made sure the process was done super quickly and in the most efficient way possible

The bills set up was super easy thanks to the system these guys use which takes away so much of the stress

I love living in Mustard Wharf mainly because of its location. It’s right in the city center, yet it still feels like its own calm, secluded space. The coffee shop and bakery just under the building make it so convenient, and the area itself is peaceful and perfect for walks or studying. There’s a great range of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance, and everything feels modern and well-maintained. It’s also really nice having the train station close by, especially after weekend trips. The area is quiet with minimal traffic noise, and the people around here are proper and respectful, which makes it an even more pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I’ve had a problem, I contacted Kourtney directly, and she quickly arranged for maintenance to come and assist. The process was easy, efficient, and always handled smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that I couldn’t have multiple fobs or keys for the apartment if I’m the only tenant on the lease. It made it a bit tricky when I had family visiting and staying with me, as we had to plan our comings and goings carefully. It would have been helpful to know this in advance to better prepare for guests.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The locality is quite central with everything within a walking distance. Particularly it is just 2 minutes walk from the canal which helps a lot to unwind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported some repairs on moving in and they were addressed very promptly.

We were impressed that their move-in process includes a detailed inventory form, giving you a full week to check and report the condition of everything
