Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very great staff, lots of rooftops and common rooms, and events. Lots of eating out/coffee/bakery around, good resident discount offers too. Parking fees a bit on the extortionate side but understandable as its very limited, the resident PT is not the nicest but he might be outsourced.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficient, maintenance comes within a day or 2, depending on ur preference and their availability
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are only good surprises, you would feel at home straight up

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is one of the best things about living here. Mustard Wharf is very close to Leeds city centre and the train station, which makes commuting and travelling very convenient. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and green spaces nearby. I also feel safe in the area, even when returning home later in the evening. The transport links are excellent and everything I need is within walking distance. I have not experienced any significant issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
you have raised? The building management team has been very responsive whenever I have reported an issue. Most maintenance-related problems have been resolved within one day, which I really appreciate. The staff are supportive, keep residents updated and always try to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how popular some of the resident social events are, as places can fill up very quickly and it can sometimes be difficult to secure a spot. However, this also reflects how engaged the community is. On the positive side, the building feels very safe, and the location is excellent with easy access to public transport, the train station and Leeds city centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very good location just 5-minute walk to Leeds station. The residential environment is prefect and the front reception team are quite helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is quite efficiency, especially Jac and Amy. I have good experiences in maintenance issues. In addition, they always hold lots of activities which is quite good as well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, the instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is honestly one of the best things about living here. You’re right by the city centre, Leeds station and Granary Wharf, so everything is within walking distance. There are loads of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops nearby, and the transport links are great. I’ve only just moved in, but so far the area feels safe, clean and well looked after. I haven’t experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour, and it’s nice being close to the canal and green spaces while still being in the middle of everything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve only recently moved in, so I haven’t had any major issues to raise yet. I did note a few minor items on my inventory that are still waiting to be resolved, but it’s very early days and I’m confident they’ll be dealt with. So far, whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, the management team have been friendly, approachable and quick to respond. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful and made the move-in process much smoother.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I’d recommend is taking some time to explore the area when you first move in. Being so close to the station, city centre, restaurants and cafés is even more convenient than it looks on a map. As someone about to start a PhD, I wanted somewhere that felt safe, practical and comfortable, and so far it’s ticked all those boxes. It already feels like somewhere I can properly settle into rather than just somewhere I’m renting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Incredibly convenient for the train station and town - love being about 7 minutes from the train platform and 10-15 minutes to most places in the city centre. Nice pub options within a super short walk and the bars and restaurants at Granary Wharf are literally on the doorstep. It's also lovely being right on the canal towpath for walks. We use the Pilates studio in our building loads as well. Downsides: not very close to grocery shops (though there are lots of delivery options), and on the south facing side the traffic noise is pretty bad, mostly due to a few idiots who love to rev their engines up and down Water Lane/Globe Road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very few problems: minor maintenance issues that were dealt with within a few hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you're bothered by traffic noise, go for a flat that faces away from Water Lane/Globe road. Apparently courtyard facing or canal facing are much better on this score.
