City centre living at its best with all bars, restaurants close by and easy access to train station.

Yes all requests were dealt with by Laura who goes above and beyond her job description

Awesome gym - be sure to make good use of it! We do:)

Mustard Wharf is in the best location - really close to the train station and around plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The setting is also beautiful being on the canal - for a location so central, it is very calm and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I moved into an apartment that was brand new and after two months one of the kitchen cupboards became loose. I reported this and on the same day the maintenance man (I believe his name is Andrew) came and replaced the hinge then and there. For something so small to be fixed so quick just shows how great the team are!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a small shop on Granary Wharf next to the train station entrance which is closer than Tesco and sells all the basics - so great on an evening and saves the walk.

Nadeem Khan is a fantastic agent thank you to all the team. The reception team is amazing kourtney is amazing for events

Brilliant responsive and very helpful the reception team 8is amazing

Mustard Wharf is centrally located in the heart of Leeds with plenty of amenities on its doorstep, from bars to restaurants, and a few cafes sprinkled in between. The high street is just a stones through away with a wide variety of shops on offer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In the rare occurrence we have any maintenance issues, Laura is always super professional and prompt with reactive maintenance, she’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to quickly solve any issue raised. We’re very happy she’s part of the team!

How addictive the communal spaces are - have a well equipped gym, multiple lounges and work from home spaces on your door step is a fantastic convenience and they’re all finished to an excellent standard and very well look after and maintained.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have liked living at mustard wharf which is a great location close to the city. It is located next to the train station so is great for commuting to York and nice when returning home when tired.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had one issue with my washing machine however it was due to the filter being full. The lady came up the same day and showed me how to empty this for future.

There is nothing I wish I had known and any questions I have had I have asked to reception.
