This place is absolutely gorgeous. We spent an awesome term, and the staff are really friendly. Thanks to everone, in particular to Laura and Bailey, they both were really helpful and patient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is perfect, we would definitely love to live here again. We may come back again later.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here has been a great experience — comfortable, convenient, and full of character. Everything you need is right nearby: great restaurants, bars, and our favourite bakery (Bake!). We’ve loved jogging along the canal, spotting river barges and local wildlife — such a nice way to unwind. The building itself is really well set up. There’s a gym with modern equipment, co-working spaces, and even a photocopying service at reception, which has come in handy. We moved back to the UK after several years in Spain and needed a temporary base. These apartments were perfect — quiet, well-equipped, and ready to go. We moved in with just suitcases and bedding and felt at home straight away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A real highlight has been the team here. Ellen and the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful — any issues (like a faulty window catch) were sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Great location, close to the shops and restaurants in the centre but also have the scenic and quieter area near the canal. Incredibly close to Leeds train station too!

Building management always respond quickly and effectively.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Mustard Wharf is in the perfect location! Close to the train station for travel and visitors without being noisy! Granary wharf right next to us has a great range of bars and restaurants that I regularly go to with friends. Walks down the canal are great as I have a frenchie so great to have a nice walk on my doorstep! Tesco express is just a 10 minute walk for any shopping I may need to get. Feels like I have everything on my doorstep living here! The whole area feels very safe and living on my own that is most important!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had an issue with the lock on my door and maintenance fixed this first thing Monday morning when I notified them late on the Sunday evening! Ellen also came to check everything was working ok for me and that I was happy! Over than that I’ve had no other issues

I got everything I needed from the viewing and any questions I had were answered promptly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tower works is conveniently located in the city. It has quick access to the city centre as well as being a lovely and safe area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Brett has been super responsive and has helped us out with any issues we have had.

How wonderful and safe the surrounding area is and all of the amenities.
