The locality is quite central with everything within a walking distance. Particularly it is just 2 minutes walk from the canal which helps a lot to unwind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported some repairs on moving in and they were addressed very promptly.

We were impressed that their move-in process includes a detailed inventory form, giving you a full week to check and report the condition of everything

Location is perfect. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the canal all on your doorstep. Takes 5 mins to walk to the train station. Crown Point retail park is also only 10 min walk away. Area feels safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an issue with a blockage in bathroom sink which was fixed by maintenance within a few days.

I’ve been told I can apply for a residential M-Card which gives you free bus and rail travel around Leeds and surrounding areas. Details shared when you move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area around Tower Works is fantastic, full of energy, great restaurants, independent coffee shops, and creative workspaces. The proximity to Leeds city centre makes everything easily walkable, including transport links like the train station and major bus routes. The canal area is lovely for walks or runs, especially in the summer. Parking can be a little limited at busy times, but the overall convenience and vibrancy of the area easily make up for it. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and there’s a strong sense of community among residents and nearby developments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always on top of things! Especially the gym!

How good the coffee is at 92 degrees - the service from the lovely ginger girl Katie - is SUBLIME!

So far, there hasn't been anything bad - the transport to and from London is really easy and nearby, there are stores nearby and an on-site gym, the area looks nice and safe and bin collections are easy to get to.

Extremely quickly, every time we raised anything, they were quick to respond.

This apartment is a gem—super close to the train station (5-min walk) and city center (10-min stroll), making commutes and errands a breeze. The interior is clean and new, with windows overlooking nice scenery. It has a parking lot and is pet-friendly, solving big resident pain points. Staff are warm and helpful, fixing issues fast. Bin collection is on time too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kourtney is hands down the best part of the property management team—she made my first rental experience totally stress-free. As a first-time renter, I had so many questions: how the heating works,and even how to navigate the rental contract. She never rushed me, answering every detail patiently. She walked me through the contract line by line, breaking down confusing terms so I felt confident signing. Her kindness and attention to detail make living here feel cared for. I can’t praise her enough—she’s a true asset!

I would like to know more about the surrounding restaurants, entertainment facilities, and public transportation routes.
