It is a lovely area but sometimes it doesnt feel safe due to always sirens going off or i have experienced police chase in the area multiplw times.

Not much loojing at the area tell you everything you need to know.

Best feature us the view and the privacy aspect of the whole complex

The area is very lively both during the day and at night due to the location. Lots of bars,restaurants and places to entertain yourself. The parking situation is terrible as there is NONE whatsoever but thousands of cars day in and day out. Bin collection works well and promptly done on the designated days. Unfortunately there is some anti social behaviour which can leave a bad taste in your mouth about the area but the housing officers do try their best to help when they can but can't be held accountable for other people's actions.

That the parking situation is not Subject to change for the better

What is the best feature of your home:

I am very happy that my home is on one of the lower floors rather than too high up and also that the double glazing keeps heat in and cold out.

The area is well connected to various transport links. Given the volume of flats I would expect more police presence, but all in all the neighbourhood feels very safe. Parking is limited, so visitors sometimes struggle to find street parking.

That standing charges for district heating were really high, and one cannot switch.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location and the community . I also love the fact that flats have a level of sound proofing meaning the street noise isn’t as bad

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the area, with more opening up each year and usually represent decent value for money. A bit limited with the amount of open spaces and parks. Some parts of IoD look much rougher and feel unsafe due to growing anti-social behaviour, with police unable or unwilling to crack down on this.

How bad NHG are as property managers. They told me service charges should not rise much each year as we don't have many facilities / amenities and yet they've risen over 100% in the few years I've been living here!

What is the best feature of your home:

My balcony has unrivalled views and feels quite big compared to other balconies in two-bed flats.

Since moving to Harbour Central I can say it really is a nice place to live. It is clean , safe , it has great transportation links and it is very close to the shops and Canary Wharf is only 4 mins away by foot. The surrounding area is very nice with green spaces and is family friendly with space for children to take in nature and play.

None , I am very happy with everything from start to present.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is my Kitchen as the design and the Kitchen range is high quality. The rooms are spacious especially the bedroom and I love the windows
