Great range of bars, restaurants and activities nearby. Lack of parking and large grocery shops in the area.

I wish I knew how bad the property managers were, it might have affected my decision to buy.
What is the best feature of your home:
The flat is really spacious. The design of the flat feels larger than the average London new build.

Living in Canary Wharf / south quay is great. Living near to the DLR, jubilee line and Elizabeth line is so convenient and we love the amount of security that is around the local area. One thing we don’t like is the amount of teenagers trying to scam people in the local area running donation schemes and harassing residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we’d known we wouldn’t have the security we were promised
What is the best feature of your home:
We love our balcony facing towards the river and the large scale windows.

The area itself is very good, as nice and safe as London could be which implies there are still issues with people leaving rubbish around

That the affordable rent tenants cause a lot of problems and are very messy

There can be cases of social anti behaviour at times like dirty bin room but nothing terrible. Overall a great deal I am happy with

No parking available. House built with rain coming into property. Heating is rubbish. Too much draught coming in.

I wish I knew how cold it would be to live here. Never accepting top floor again.

The view is the only nicest thing about living here.
