Good aspects are transport network, local shops, neighbourhood. Bad aspect are recent use of hotel for asylum block, lack of parking facilities especially given we have the space however not allowed to use it

Management service charges transparency which was not the case.

What is the best feature of your home:

Windows and doors installed. The interior design is nice however not properly tested so not working efficiently.

I like the proximity of Canary Wharf shopping mall and stations. I hate that there are an increasing number of small crimes in the area e.g. grocery store theft in our street, parcel theft in our building and random teenagers wandering in our building. And I don't like being near to the Britannia Hotel protests.

That parcels often get stolen and the residents leave the bin rooms and the lobby area dirty. And you pay high service charge for nothing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Views of Canary Wharf and the clever use of space in the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good thing was before I move in. The sales process was very straight forward. Once the deal was completed and I became shareowner, then everything else falled.

The only advice I would give is to buy 100% outright. Forget this scheme completely as it always look good from the outset but once you're in, you will definetely regret it.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views of the apartment is great. But that's it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good transport links. Great restaurants and shopping with access to Canary Wharf mall. Cleaning around the area isn’t great with the construction area next door where people dump things. Pavements are ragged and need good work. We had theft in our apartment where furnitures were taken from the lobby and nothing was done because NHG said the cameras didn’t work properly. We haven’t received furnitures yet.

The quality of build and NHG’s lack of competence. The service charge has gone up from 164 to 320 in 4 years. The service has gone down.

What is the best feature of your home:

Flooring and size of the apartment. Layout is good. Access to transportation links and proximity to shops

The area is lovely. There are many contruction sites that create an unwelcoming atmosphere, but im sure it will be better and better

The bad management and the badly budgeted service charge

What is the best feature of your home:

It is spatious and well space planned for a 1 bed.
