This local area is good. Everything is close from my house. I feel comfortable with the space I live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am comfortable with the building management team and they have responded to my issues effectively

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking was something I wasn’t aware of but now I have a parking in the bays downstairs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - great local park, good balance between urban and surbarban. Bad - very limited green space, frequent DLR closures, bad reception in Royal Wharf area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly! They are also non invasive and very respectful of my home

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of green space and frequent DLR closures. Poor connection to local Elizabeth line.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are some nice shop around to buy groceries. DLR station is right next to the building to conveniently get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded very promptly. They know their jobs- all of them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have no regrets . I would recommend this place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like living here but it would be great if the Tesco opened up. The other retail unit should be used as gym because the gym downstairs is too small. Living right by the station is great though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly most of the time, I can’t complain.

Use the Grainger app it’s actually quite useful. Get to know your neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is just next to the station which is super convenient and also there is a bus stop literally less than a min walk . There are local cafes, small grocery shops, park near these lovely new built apartments. The traffics noise can be quite noisy especially if your room is facing to the DLR station and you keep your window open and hear the trains and airplanes but they are double glazed windows . I would recommend this place to those for who is important a close station and wants a park nearby and live in a modern flat.

They were quickly responding and fixed any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew it is a very windy place, sometimes you can’t even open your windows and terrace door as it can be really strong and can be dangerous for the door and windows. If you choose a corner flat , know that it is much colder than other flats which are between flats.
