Local area is great. open spaces inside are okay but definitely could be more for the space there is.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

management is atrocious. parcels lost. complaints if you do anything.

What is the best feature of your home:

decent size rooms for the location. has air conditioning

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is alot of parks around the area and they are very big. There are also supermarkets like Asda etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the parking availability as it is very poor.

What is the best feature of your home:

I would want my home to be modern with friendly neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The place is next to the Canary Wharf. It’s very well connected. You can do all your shopping only 10 minutes away from your house. It’s also well connected with the jubilee lines and the DLR both within a short walk.

The original windows in the development are drafty.
