We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development is picturesque with different styled housing. Currently there is no management company but I u deter and this will come. The development design is high end and the houses are spacious. There is an Amazon parcel point but this isn’t in use yet. The developers have been good at addressing any snagging issues. The development currently backs onto a field.

The new site is quiet but friendly and filling up with occupants quickly. The development it's self has a new play park being put in for the children and some good green conservation areas the only down fall in my opinion is the lack of trees. The houses themselves are nice to look at and the layout is pleasing. The high fencing with each property allows for privacy. Any teething issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and to a good standard . Unfortunately the rent is very high to live here and despite falling under the catagory if affordable rent it really isn't .
