Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is right next to victoria park and the canal which is amazing to visit all year around. Bow highstreet is a 10 minute walk away to do general shopping. Parking is hard to come by though. Buses run right outside but there is no tube in the local vicinity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been slow to fix the car park gate, which is necessary as it leaves the apartment vulnerable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Contact the building management so you can drive close to the entrance when moving in and out. they have a chain across so people cannot park there illegally.

Great location to Victoria park! Nice views by the canal, with great coffee shops and restaurants around the flat.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues do get fixed but often takes a couple days for response. Overall really good

Nothing to complain, it's a beautiful location. Flat could do with abit more tlc with a modern touch.

Great place to live right near victoria park 5 minutes walk from the high street with a Tesco's and a Poundland right next to each other loads of great cafes on the high street aswell.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick to resolve any issue even during COVID they fixed my issue no problem and haven't had any since

It's a great place to live idea for going to the park and bring home your shopping from the high street plenty of food options around the area aswell

Good it's a nice new build bad alot of things was never built correctly would have stayed living here tho if covid never occured

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They took ages but we was in the mid pandemic the only time I had to use then

I wish I knew how many cars was going to use under my balcony as a car parking spot considering I wasn't in the main road side it was in the courtyard side

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great thing about location is the Victoria Park just next to the building. It’s amazing. Range to the shops is pretty far but that’s not a big issue. There are a few restaurants 10 min walk from here. Transport is ok but not amazing, we mostly use bikes so to go anywhere is good. Street can be pretty noisy, especially the roundabout where ppl use horn too much. Bin collection is very bad, sometimes there is no space to even throw your rubbish out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responding prety poorly. The lift problem was so bad and calling them didn’t solve anything. We’re still waiting for them to respond about our problems with mouses.

The area is great. Our friend lived around so they recomended this place to us. Especially if you have kids or pets. Market on sunday is amazing.
