We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

George Hudson Tower is a new-build apartment building that forms part of One Stratford, developed by Telford Homes. It overlooks a canal and the 2012 Olympic Park, and features one and two-bedroom apartments with a mix of canal and park views. Stratford station is less than a mile away, with Underground, Overground and DLR links to Central London. Pudding Mill Lane DLR and Bromley-by-Bow Underground stations are also close by.

The development is great overall. The concierge team are very helpful and quick to deal with any issues. There's not many facilities but there is garden in the middle, parking spaces and secure bike locking facilities. The flats are also extremely warm all year round which can be a positive and a negative as heating won't be needed much during winter. The value of the properties are good but be warned if you have a flat on the river side as a new property has gone up opposite. Flats looking out onto the road will also have to content with new developments going up. Overall the building is well maintained and have no real complaints.
