Love the courtyard area. It feels very secure. The development is close to the water, you have the luxury of London living without the craziness that London brings. I instantly felt at home when I moved into this property and anyone who visits falls in love with it also.

Nice architecture. Design of the building was made with thought for the people. 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. Good living room and good size kitchen. And something important, a balcony! The design of the rooms are done thinking of how the people can use the space in there.

Development looks pretty however it lacks final touches to be done well. Overall design of flats is nice, I wish there was a choice between Bath and shower! Not the bath in very 1 bed! Some people Perfect taking shower from Bath. No issue with development management so far.

The type of windows in the property are really nice. Most are windowed with floor to Celina entry points for natural light. Built in appliances are great. Carpeted rooms are also very nice. Bathroom looks very modern and nice. Hallway is wide and accessible

A very secure development with large bike sheds and parking in the basement. The properties themselves have large balconies and smeg appliances. Hot water is supplied from a central heating plant in the building from EON. No need to worry about the boiler!
