Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Located a bit far from central London for my liking! However, it is close to the Thames which is nice and you can get an uber boat which is really convenient! Local buses take a while to get to places or you have Clapham Junction which is 15-20min walk away. Just no tube. Local supermarket is Co-op but the food tends to go off, recommend going abit further afield to get quality food and drink (milk tends to go off the next day).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Washing machines kept breaking down and took a long time to fix
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I knew that the washing machines often break down, I should have been the actual room i was going to stay in (felt like false advertisement as I had a view of my neighbours), why are the walls so thin, why can i smell my neighbours food in my room (the fish made me feel sick), and the post room is not secure.

To me it's the best neighbourhood in London - all the shops and facilities you need with Wandworth, Clapham and Fulham super close + amazong riverside and parks on both sides: to Battersea Parks or to Hammersmith along Fulham. Transport is also great with Clapham nearby - 8min to Waterloo and 30ish to Gatwick.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, really quickly and efficiently. There's a person to take care of maintenance work.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There're 2 different studios: in the S building it's more like a square which looks smaller but you get more natural light. The other studios are longer but imo are quite dark (not much of natural light especially if you're facing the other building).

I'm very satisfied with my current apartment. The building is clean and well-equipped. The surrounding area is convenient, with a supermarket downstairs and easy access to transport. The overall experience is comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I currently haven't had to raise any issues during my stay

Living at Folk in Battersea is the perfect location. It's literally a 20 second walk from the front door to the river bank - with an excellent French restaurant mid way! The building is off the main road and has very little traffic. Even closer than the river is an NHS doctor, dentist, pharmacy and Co-op store. Clapham Junction is a 10- minute walk and there are 2 buses that go there if that feels a bit much.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - I had good response to a problem with my hob.

One of the best Italian cafes is a 5 minute walk along the river - a daily treat!!
