The development is great. The gym facility is amazing, the staff are all great and the quality of the rooms are high. I really like all of the common areas we have access to. I enjoy working downstairs and I love the little library room with books we can read.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice. It’s decently connected. And there’s lots of shops and coffee places in the Clapham junction area. The wharf is also really nice along the water. Only downside is the walk from the station at night. That’s not so nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been great. Lily at reception always goes above and beyond for anything I need. She’s also great for a quick chat when I come down. They’ve been very welcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the only thing is the walk from Clapham junction. It doesn’t feel the nicest and that might have changed my mind. It would be nice if there was a system to call someone or have someone at the building waiting for you.

Gym is massive and so is the cinema. The spaces keep changing based on our feedback and the team is always here to listen and solve my problems. I like how everything is with a QR code so there is no paper and the building has a strong focus on sustainability.

Incredible experience, moved to London on my own and the events have really helped me make some friends and not be alone.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My lightbulbs went out and the maintenance was very quick. My fridge was also making noise and it was replaced

I didn't know that storage wasn't included in the rent

Love Co-living space

I absolutely love that the fact of having everything in one building, gym, communal kitchen and co working space. The pantry is honestly a game changer. the only thing i feel bad about is not having step access to ground floor from the 1st floor in the south block

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great with everything around 15 mins walk. but if there was a tube station close by to travel to work, it would be amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick. The maintenance guy is usually in the building so it gets repaired quickly.

nothing much actually. its a great place to live in

Brilliant design Very modern Very clean Everything up to date Great staff Has everything you need, gym, cinema, roof terraces, lounges, kitchens and a great community They even have a shop and a bar in the reception Cleaners come every day Love it !

Firstly one of my favorite things is how lovely I was received by the team. Really professional and personable at the same time. Loved the design of the building and the room was perfect. It literally had everything I needed. Love the social aspect but you can also refrain and be independent if you want to be. The concept is really great. Reminds me of USA a bit. My favorite aspect was how very clean everything was. Also the design and interior was nice and neat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is located in a great area. Direct access and visibility to the Thames is lovely and really nice to walk and cycle. There are a few handy shops right across from the building but having the little shop inside the property is super convenient. Transportation is easy accessible. Surprisingly the noise of the city was not bad at all. And the isolation was done so well that it’s super quiet in the room.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t really bumped into any issues since it was all so very well taken care of. The team is so helpful that it’s just super convenient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m a complete neat freak so again, the cleanliness was so good that it’s something to me that stands out tremendously. I would’ve liked to know on the website that there are laundry facilities. I couldn’t find this on the website but the launderette is such a lovely and perfect aspect. Again, a really clean and just perfectly organized. Also, another place where residents meet and are super lovely to one and other 😊
