Nice area.. Pub and restaurant on the river coop around the corner. Mbug Morrisons lidls and say nsbury 10minutes by bus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the time fast and always double check if the issue is sorted

The tour was well manage from the team thwy give me the right info before move in

The area is highly convenient with excellent transport links, making commuting simple and reliable. There is a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, so day-to-day living is very easy. The neighbourhood feels safe and well looked after, with good lighting and a generally calm atmosphere. Open spaces nearby add to the appeal. Parking can be limited at peak times, and there is some occasional traffic noise, but overall it is not disruptive. Bin collections are consistent and the street is kept clean, with very little anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been responsive in most cases, addressing issues in a reasonable timeframe. Communication is generally clear, and problems are followed through until resolved, although occasional follow-ups may be needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great overall and acceptable. Highly recommend for anyone

The area is very convenient with strong transport links, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and everything you need is within walking distance. The neighbourhood feels generally safe and well kept. Parking can sometimes be limited, especially during busy hours, and there can be occasional noise from traffic, but it is manageable. Bin collections are consistent and the street is usually clean with little to no anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has addressed issues when raised, although response times are not always consistent. Most matters are eventually resolved, but some follow-up may be required.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be aware that parking availability can be limited and may require planning ahead. There can also be occasional noise depending on your unit location. Aside from that, the building offers a comfortable and practical place to live.

The area is well connected with good transport links and easy access to shops, restaurants, and cafes. There are plenty of options nearby, and overall convenience is high. Open spaces are decent, and the area feels generally safe. Parking can be a bit limited at times, and there is occasional traffic noise, but nothing excessive. Bin collections are regular and reliable, and overall the street is well maintained with minimal anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and helpful when issues were raised. Kafi and Guglielmo have both been supportive, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is worth being aware that parking can be limited depending on the time of day, and some minor noise from traffic can occur. However, overall the building is well managed and the living experience is comfortable.

Close to Thames river makes great for morning walks. Buses links to city and Clapham Junction Station in 10 minutes.

Responded very quickly for issues related to admin.
