I love this building for living. Good staffs and friendly neighbors. The building is always clean and the social programmes are so nice organised. Love this place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staffs always solve my problem for 1-2days. So fast. KlDerran and Kafi are so lovely and friendly staffs at the Folk Florence Dock. Nico is also nice staff and freindly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hmmm there r nothing to share from my experiences.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great as it is only a ten minute walk to Clapham Junction Station. It is so lovely to be just a few steps from a walk by the Thames. Also some lovely cafés are nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is always an immediate response. If the issue cannot be solved immediately then it is dealt with within a few days which makes a huge difference.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There needs to be another laundry room. There aren't enough washing machines for the amount of tenants who live here.

The location is next to the river and perfect for people who likes running with a fresh air breeze. The closest station is Clapham junction and most of the locations would be a bus + tube to arrive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some feedback might need to be taken more carefully before processing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Generally very nice experience. The bin store is always cleaned regularly which is very important to me. The room can be slightly heated during summer and the sink is a smaller than I thoght we actually using it.

Good - By the Thames Good pubs around Fairly safer than most of London 2 express stores nearby and 3 big supermarkets close 3 good coffee shops around Bad: No tube station nearby Technically Wandsworth than Battersea Certain areas not great to walk from but not bad at all Expensive Expensive pubs, food and cafes Not diverse

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management - adequately well. Front staff - amazingly well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not sure about this - maybe transparency around short stays systems, processes, benefits and perks?

Local shop are near by co-op and Tesco Transport such as buses are near by, Clapham junction is 13 minutes walk from folk There is no parking availability

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Darron was on top of his work with tenants and easy to talk to Nicco was brilliant and such a nice men to talk to and so humble

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I joined the building as soon as it opened so all good for me no regrets
