Community is good and the spaces are really nice. There aren’t bad aspects if you don’t like being around people there are loads of spaces that will be more suited to your vibe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally responded promptly and professionally to any issues I have raised. Communication has been clear, and maintenance requests have been handled efficiently, with regular updates provided until the matter was resolved. Their proactive approach has helped ensure that concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I wish I knew how often events would go on, I knew events would be good but they’ve transformed the building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, right by the water. Close to Clapham junction, so train lines (though no tube besides overground) + buses. Generally, very pleasant part of place to live in. Co-op right across the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve generally been fixed, though some issues have taken longer than others. But staff is extremely responsive and create a great experience for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This is a great place if you want to live independently but still with people - the social events are great and definitely enhance the experience / add to value for money.

Nice area.. Pub and restaurant on the river coop around the corner. Mbug Morrisons lidls and say nsbury 10minutes by bus

Most of the time fast and always double check if the issue is sorted

The tour was well manage from the team thwy give me the right info before move in

The area is highly convenient with excellent transport links, making commuting simple and reliable. There is a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, so day-to-day living is very easy. The neighbourhood feels safe and well looked after, with good lighting and a generally calm atmosphere. Open spaces nearby add to the appeal. Parking can be limited at peak times, and there is some occasional traffic noise, but overall it is not disruptive. Bin collections are consistent and the street is kept clean, with very little anti-social behaviour.

Management has been responsive in most cases, addressing issues in a reasonable timeframe. Communication is generally clear, and problems are followed through until resolved, although occasional follow-ups may be needed.

Building management has addressed issues when raised, although response times are not always consistent. Most matters are eventually resolved, but some follow-up may be required.

Be aware that parking availability can be limited and may require planning ahead. There can also be occasional noise depending on your unit location. Aside from that, the building offers a comfortable and practical place to live.
