Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My room faced the internal side of the building, so it was very quiet and I never really had any issues with noise from neighbours. The neighbourhood itself is nice and feels very safe and peaceful. There’s a good French restaurant just across the road, and the river is only a few steps away which is a big plus. In the other direction there isn’t a huge amount going on, but overall it’s a very pleasant and quiet area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I said, the building management staff was very friendly and approachable. Kafi and Guglielmo always helped when I lost my keys, looking ofr my parcels, and holding things for me when needed. More than anything, they were always welcoming and easy to speak to, which made a real difference day to day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d say this building is better for people who enjoy living around others and don’t mind a more social environment. You always have your studio to be on your own, but there will always be people in the common areas, which is the upside if you like meeting/hanging out with new people. If you really value having your own space and mostly keeping to yourself, there are probably better options out there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a great balance of convenience and quality of life. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and green spaces within easy walking distance, making day-to-day life very straightforward. Public transport links are excellent, with quick access to central London and surrounding areas. The street itself feels safe, well looked after and generally quiet. Bin collections are reliable, parking is well managed, and I have experienced very little traffic noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I've had a question or needed help, the team has always been quick to respond and really easy to deal with. Communication is great, and everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely wants to help. It's one of the best-managed buildings I've experienced.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known how well designed the studios are. The storage is so much better than it first looks, and it makes a huge difference day to day. I also didn't realise how friendly and helpful everyone would be—from the front desk to the community and management teams—which has made the whole experience even better. And it such a key aspect of daily life.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A Co-op, Tesco, and a large Sainsbury's are all within a few minutes' walk - really convenient for day-to-day errands. The street itself is lovely and quiet; I never had any issues with traffic noise throughout my time here. For reference, my flat faced the storage room side of the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In my case, the building has responded quite promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing worth knowing — the facilities do vary slightly depending on whether you're in the South or North Block, and having lived in both, I'd say it's worth considering. The North Block has easier access to the laundry room, while the South Block is closer to the co-working space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, one of the best in London. Lovely Wandsworth park just 10-minute walk from Folk. Superb neighbourhood, right next to modern Battersea Reach residential block. Massive Sainsbury's just across the bridge. No tube, but buses take you anywhere (bus stop is 2-minute walk from the building)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't have issues, but any other aspects (maintenance of the building) are managed very well, and regular emails about any upcoming works/improvements keep tenants up to date all the time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad to say. Rather a good note - I wish I had known that the temperature in studios is nice and comfortable throughout the winter, and the wall heater is totally enough. The heating system of the entire building was good in cold months, which is a rarity.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No car park but a lot of good place around with a food shopping place just around the corner and nice pub

24h team inside at the desk so every time someone ready to help you

only negative small aspect is the laundry room is communal and no machine inside the studios
