property managers jason and anu are amazing! - will always organise regular events for tennants. They are easy to contact and will always respond to queries promptly. The building design is okay, communal areas and corridors cleaned regularly, outside windows twice a year.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located in a very diverse area. 3 min walk from undergound and overground. driving wise; 10 mins to the north circular. asda express/tesco express/co-op all within walking distance. f45 (for the gym people) located just behind us. also near the walthamstow wetlands for an afternoon stroll. never had any issues with noise or antisocial behaviour. personally think it is a great place to live, especially if you wfh, rooms are big enough for work desks and also co-working space in the building, and loadss of cafes around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes - i have raised problems (usually nitty gritty stuff, nothing major) but they respond promptly and deal with very well. they have helped me build things in my flat out of kindness, have held my deliveries etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

how friendly everyone in the building is! tenants are all kind.

Fizzy Living offers a modern and a convenient living experience. The location is spot on with excellent transport links including Victoria and Overground. The residents have access to a range of amenities such a bike storage, parcel collection, communal garden and free WiFi! The apartments are spacious and a great value for the price.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best part of living in this area is the variety of shops and local supermarkets within walking distance. There's also an Indian/Sri lankan grocery store nearby that has pretty much everything you need to make amazing South Asian food! Victoria line is perfect to get into central london within 15 mins and Fizzy has a strong sense of community with friendly locals and various social acitivities. Being close to the forest wetland could mean tons of insects (which is definitely a small price to pay to live in such a beautiful apartment).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had issues with our rented furniture breaking down every few weeks. The building management was reliable and ensured to fix our issue promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to know there's no building management available on the weekends. In the event something breaks down we would have to wait until Monday to get it resolved unless it's an emergency.

Lovely development in Walthamstow

The development is fine, relatively high quality of facilities, neutral design which is nice. Property management are putting in quite a bit of effort and are always available. I wish we had a concierge service which would help with the parcel theft. Property management accept parcels if being delivered to them but as it’s a different address to the actual flats that doesn’t happen often.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although 2min from Black Horse Road station living here is really nice and quite especially in the apartments that face the little courtyard which is a lovely feature. There are two coffee shops close by, a Coop and Tesco, so you’ve got most things you need on your doorstep. Walthamstow Wetlands are around the corner which is great. There is an issue with parcels being stolen regularly as delivery companies mostly drop them in areas of the development that aren’t safe from the public.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they always respond to issues in a speedy manner.

Next door is student housing which can be loud especially in the summer.

The building is maintained well and is kept clean. The design is reasonable, could provide more facilities like a gym etc. The building management is wonderful, Jason Anu and Richard are very approachable and always help to sort out any problems very quickly.

There is a range of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance. Great transport links!

Design is great but other developments close by have more to offer such as pools, gyms, private dining spaces etc which would also be useful here. I have found that the replacement of light fittings etc to be expensive but have had management be helpful and tell us where we can get them which saves money.

Transport links are amazing. Parking is an expensive and can be a pain when having visitors. Fizzy have always been helpful and if they have a spare permit will allow you to use for short periods to accommodate guests.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall have been helpful and resolved issues but have also been occasions where I have had to chase and can take a while to get a response

Whilst written in the contract the price increase year on year always comes as a shock and can often be presented with little time to consider.
