Excellent, modern flats

Verified Resident

The overall design and quality of the premises are very, very good. We have a spacious one bedroom and everything is very logically laid out and put together, and doesn’t feel cheap (which can be said of some new builds). The Fizzy staff are really friendly and helpful, and hold the occasional party for all residents which is a lovely touch and a good way to get to know others in the building. They are also really flexible e.g. enabling you to put paintings and pictures on the wall. Another plus point is that wifi is included in your rent which is useful as you don’t need to faff getting about getting that sorted (or paying for it).

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

LIKE – close to Blackhorse Road and a co-op. Also got some lovely coffee shops close by (e.g. Audio Armstrong and Wood Shop Coffee). The Walthamstow Wetlands are a 15min walk away and great for getting some fresh air. DISLIKE – lack of pubs, bars and restaurants (you need to get on a tube or walk 30mins to find anything decent). The area is also up and coming so sometimes feels quite industrial.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of bars and restaurants in local area

Incomparable Experience. Excellent People.

Verified Resident

Fizzy has been a delightful experience. Process of moving was smooth & since then living here has been amazing. The building is close to the station, if you drive really close to A406. Parking here is an issue (I wish there were more parking spots. Like pets cars is also important)

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The building is one of the new builds. There is a co-op just downstairs and a Tesco a min walk away.

Team is amazing and always helpful.

Smooth, easy living experience

Verified Resident

Not knowing the area, we were both sold as soon as we saw the property. Clean, modern living with a great commute into central London. The staff were brilliant, answering all our questions and helping us through the reference process. Fizzy living genuinely feels like the way moving forward. It’s great to have that one person to talk to as and when you need something.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Location is great for us as we travel into central London and head out to Essex a lot. With great links to kings cross opening up the option to going north and a easy access to all major airports. The area we haven’t explored a great deal yet but have heard great things

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would be great to have a clearer scope of tile frame on the building works going on near by.

It’s so refreshing to see innovation and a shake up in an old renting market

Verified Resident

Fizzy Walthamstow gives you a renting experience that is all wrapped up in a tidy package with a bow on top. Renting in London is the bane of most Londoners. It’s typically slow, frustration and you often feel that you that, as a renter, you are the last person to be considered.Fizzy makes you feel that you are in control and that someone actually cars about you. My 2 bed flat is a great size and 6 months in there is no sign of dodgy workmanship or cutting corners in the building process. The customer service is ever present but not intrusive. The ‘bobs’ are always at hand to help out but luckily we haven’t had a big enough issue to really call on them.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There are quite a few other building going up around us which means we are surrounded by building sites. However, we are never disrupted by noise. Transport links are awesome as it’s right by the station and the Victoria line is easily the nest line on the tube network. The local co-op is quite small however, we are about 10/15 min walk from a number of larger shops if the co-op doesn’t have everything we need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Buy slippers. The floor gets quite cold

Great service

Verified Resident

Fizzy Walthamstow was a good choice we made especially as we are new in this town. The place is so strategic and near to public transport, local amenities and best of all seems to be a peaceful environment. We have had excellent services provided by Jason and Meena who are our bob here. They have always been very kind and helpful. Most importantly they handle all issues with patience and care. It has been a wonderful experience so far and we hope that it will continue this way for as long as possible.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area here is very convenient as its just a short distance to the underground station and co-op is just next door if we need to buy anything immediately. There are also nearby restaurants and take-away in just minutes from here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I had knew about the schools here before moving in as I don’t find the nearest primary school the best for my children.

Convenient and stylish

Verified Resident

Fizzy’s flats are high-quality and stylish. The on-site ‘Bobs’ are highly professional, knowledgeable and always friendly and supportive. Support for any services or repairs needed is excellent. The utilities and high-speed fibre broadband are reliable. The residents’ co-working area and other communal facilities are great. The location – very close to the Victoria Line – is perfect for commuting. Walthamstow is a great town with all the amenities we need (although the immediate area could use another few good stores). The only main down-side is that the Royal Mail and couriers frequently fail to find the development at all, or deliver mail, parcels and takeaway orders to the wrong flat/building.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Like the public transport and the wider area’s amenities. Hope that the immediate area’s amenities will continue to improve as more housing developments come in

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That utilities and delivery firms struggle to do business with newly-built homes.

So great so far!

Verified Resident

We’ve only been living at Fizzy a few weeks but have no complaints so far. The pre moving in process was very smooth and well organised. Property Manager Jason was extremely helpful and accommodating. We can hardly fault our flat, the design and space is fantastic and the attention to detail is second to none. We’ve been incredibly impressed with how little noise we hear from other flats and how clean and tidy everything is kept. Having somebody to pick up parcels and having the area for post at the back has made life so much easier. Fizzy Walthamstow was not the most expensive flat we looked at- by a long shot- but was by far the nicest with its fresh and modern aesthetic. Once we saw it we could not picture ourselves anywhere else!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Being a minutes walk from Blackhorse Road tube station was one of the biggest draws for us and having the Coop basically next door is incredibly handy. Wood St. Coffee is great and only a 5 minute walk and having Lidl a 10 minute walk away near St. James Street station is very useful. For home bits the retail park outside Tottenham Hale station is great with Asda Living, Next and Wilko’s a few stops away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have definitely been helpful to know that you have to make a combined amount to live in the building and that guarantors are not permitted.

Really friendly service

Verified Resident

The flat is really good quality in general. A couple of teething problems as it’s a new build (a leak in some piping in the ceiling, and the patio door doesn’t move well), but they don’t argue or complain – they try and get solutions. They organise social events occasionally for the residents to mingle and meet each other. The courtyard garden space is lovely, even if I don’t use it much. Flat’s feel light and airy. Pet friendly too – so our cats are very happy. It’s not cheap – but I don’t feel like it’s unwarranted. It feels fair for the service, size, and finish quality. The flat’s are also really well insulated – we’ve not had to turn our heating on once all winter!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s super convenient being so close to Blackhorse road tube station, and a coop for general shopping. There’s not loads to do locally, but you’re only a tube stop from walthamstow or easy access to the centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can be difficult for deliveries to find their way to the correct building for new builds. Best to give extra instructions. A larger number for the flat buildings would be helpful.
