Excellent management from the team

Samir K. (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Apr 2024

Excellent management from the team, never had an issue in almost 7 years. Yearly service checks are most welcomed and all flats are kept in excellent condition. Any communal issues are communicated effectively and dealt with in a timely manner always keeping residents informed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links to central London and Canary Wharf. Lots of restaurants on Mile End Road and close to Victoria Park for dog walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues are dealt with promptly, even on a bank holiday someone was able to assist.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the community sport at Fizzy.

Amazing Management

Damir (Tenant)

The management is top-notch and 10x better than having to deal with lettings agents. They truly make life easier. The building is hot in the summer, but also, heating is barely needed in the winter. Best sound isolation I have ever had, I have never heard any neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good value for money, close to central London. The area is getting more and more gentrified by the year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue I have had has gotten sorted the next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building can be a tad on the hot side. It is still Stepney.

Overall great with the exception of floor heating

Layla Khalid (Tenant)

Verified Resident

May 2024

Overall I’m happy with the facilities but the heating in my apartment is a big issue. I’m living since 1.5 yrs in this apartment and they have not been able to fix it. They come repeatedly and say it’s fixed now but it still doesn’t work. Other than that they are quite responsive with the maintenance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the proximity to the station and parks. Also proximity to halal restaurants. Parking is a bit of an issue for my visitors. Peaceful from a noise perspective.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite efficiently but haven’t been able to fix the heating issue mentioned above.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Peaceful area, maintenance is not a big hassle, heating is a drawback. Check before you take the apartment.

Modern and well managed

Patrick S (Tenant)

Apr 2024

The design of the flat is open, light and airy with good sized windows and balconies. The building is modern and warm, the lighting and smoke systems are well covered indoors, secure indoor bike lock. Property management proactively communicate any works and quick to respond.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Building is a short walk from a number of stations, shops, the canal and park. The roads are relatively quiet as the one way system at the front works well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses within the day to any issues with friendly staff always on hand to help and advise around maintenance

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The wider location is really positive with a lot of green space at the parks and canal, the local Stepney Green farm and cafe. Good pubs and shops and other amenities nearby.

Energy efficient, good value

A B (Tenant)

The development is quite nice and very centrally located so it’s very easy to get anywhere. People can be quite noisy especially in summer, when it gets quite hot, you will always hear someone shouting - maybe it’s just some particular neighbours; and there are quite a lot of kids who would play football in the inner courtyard which means you’d hear a lot of loud noises which is annoying. In winter on the other side, the apartment is perfect, very energy efficient to the point where we didn’t have to turn up heating ourselves as the house is quite warm. Settling in, getting contract, any fixes and if you have any questions, you’re all sorted as we have a great community manager who will always help!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quite a few convenience stores around, and a nice Stepney Green Farm to visit on the weekend + stroll along the canal is always good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some issues with the floor material and that was fixed in the first week of moving in, any questions on electric/water meters we’d always get replies so very helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The surroundings might be dirty from time to time either from people littering, bad waste disposal from the council or some other factors, so be ready. Apart from that, it’s quite a nice development where energy efficiency is the key. But as I live in a one bed apartment I’d prefer to have a 2 bed instead.

Thank you for the review and the feedback! I’m afraid we don’t look after the courtyard that we share with the rest of the development but I’ll ensure to pass this on to those who does. We’re always happy to help so please do not hesitate to reach out – we may even be able to find you a two bed!
