Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area is generally positive. There are good local shops, supermarkets and small cafés, though choice is limited for restaurants and bars. Open spaces and parks are well maintained and provide pleasant areas to relax. Transport links are convenient with frequent buses and nearby train stations, though rush hour congestion can be frustrating. My street is mostly quiet, with reliable bin collections and reasonable parking, though spaces can be difficult to find in the evenings. Anti-social behaviour is rare and traffic noise is moderate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management usually responds in a timely and helpful manner, though at times smaller issues have taken longer to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the energy bill usage and payment details before moving in. It would have been helpful to understand how the billing system works, whether costs are fixed or variable, and how payments are managed across the development. Clearer guidance on average monthly usage and expected charges would be useful for new residents to plan their budgets.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Limited local shops and spaces in the area, with some small but sufficient park. Transport is the big pro of the area as it is well connected. Area is very prone to thefts with an organised group operating daily, trying to tailgate delivery people and also trying doors when the doors are not functioning which is very often. So beware of your packages being stolen. Also unwanted people enter the building from time to time to sleep under the stairs or do drugs in the staircases and corridors. Definitely not the safest area for petty crime.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They some cancel or close any tickets without actually finishing the work or sending updates on it. Majority of issues are blamed to L&Q from Fizzy, however no one seems to take accoundability for anything that ever goes wrong, leaving the residents frustrated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the area has changed a lot, with it becoming much more dangerous and the building getting less and less functional, which means it cannot keep up with the needs of the residents anymore.

They were very responsive, Issues were solved very quickly

Nothing special to mention. We have everything in place what we expected.

Good value for money, close to central London. The area is getting more and more gentrified by the year.

Any issue I have had has gotten sorted the next day.

The building can be a tad on the hot side. It is still Stepney.

Love the proximity to the station and parks. Also proximity to halal restaurants. Parking is a bit of an issue for my visitors. Peaceful from a noise perspective.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite efficiently but haven’t been able to fix the heating issue mentioned above.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Peaceful area, maintenance is not a big hassle, heating is a drawback. Check before you take the apartment.
