Real dignified adult living for great value (if couples)

Verified Resident

If you have rented around East London before you will know that Fizzy is really the only place for a fully independent, dignified and modern adult to rent. It is cheap if everyone in the house is a couple. AND they allow pets!

Great communal feel, and super pet friendly

Verified Resident

Like the title says, there is a great sense of community here which is almost unheard of when you live in high rise apartments in London. Almost half the tenants have pets, so our dog has a lot of friends to say hello to and some neighbours even babysit each other’s dogs. The apartments are very well insulated and sound proof, never had to use heating much at all up where we live. The building managers (Bobs) are genuinely nice and they take away a lot of stress with dealing with L&Q directly, as well as maintenance issues. Everything inside the flats are to a high standard. Very happy here and so is my large dog!

Please review the location of this development:

The park behind is convenient – to take your dog to. Its pretty close to the station. which is nice. Dislike the sort of petty drug related activities happening in the park at night, also seen cops a couple of times. So the area isn’t perfect, but i have not felt unsafe so far but thats not under Fizzy’s control.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parcel room is situation is not the best, because there is no 24 hr concierge sp parcels have been stolen many times from there. I wish there was a better system for that – but unfortunately, there is a small risk of things getting stolen because either some people have accessed illegally or the door was not shut. So I order some things to work now if they are too valuable and have to carry home which is a shame.

Lovely place to live

Verified Resident

Laura was great at helping us pick the right apartment for us and we have already stayed for longer than we thought! My favourites: reception area makes you immediately feel like home and takes the stress away with sweets after a long day, Laura is always there with a smile and the parcel delivery room is a life-saver! We dont actually have our own pets but we love neighbour pets and it definitely gives the building a different vibe and has a great friendly community feel! Move in if you can!

Convenient

Verified Resident

This is the place where I have been living the longest in London. I think I have been in the flat for four years now. Location-wise, it is a really convenient location. We have a useful Facebook group amongst tenants and the parcel delivery room is handy. All works well with the exception of the communal water heating system which presents annual issues, but this is not Fizzy’s fault.

Please review the location of this development:

The area is quiet and liveable. We are five minutes away walking from the tube. There have been some disorderly incidents in the area but luckily the residents are rarely involved in these.

Life at Fizzy is actually fizzy! :)

Verified Resident

We’ve been at Fizzy Stepney for 3 years. The building is modern, the tenants are all young professionals from all over. We are a really cool community, and the buildings specialise in Pet homes so its super joyful all around. When something breaks they are quick to fix it, no questions asked. And when the water/elec suppliers are slow to do repairs, Fizzy is always behind making sure they hurry.

Please review the location of this development:

The area is super well connected to London its crazy.
There are no fees when joining Fizzy, like there are in all other Estate Agents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that rent increased year on year even if the area’s rents go down.

Great flat!

Verified Resident

I love living in this development, it is a short walk to work for me (which I really appreciate), it lets me keep my dogs, it’s close to various sports clubs, and it is a great place to live. The staff are really friendly and help with anything as quickly as possible.

Please review the location of this development:

I like how close it is to lots of bars and restaurants in East London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was amazed by how close the flat was to three different parks!

Decent flat with minimal hassle

Verified Resident

Comfortable and modern building in an okay part of Stepney Green. Bike storage is very convenient but a little cramped for the number or users. Appliances work well and repairs are dealt with quickly. Shared hot water seems expensive compared to gas and there is no way to change suppliers.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Privacy in the outward facing ground floor flats is poor, with the living room feeling a bit like a fish tank when the blinds are open.

Nice London flat, would recommend

Verified Resident

For a first move flat in London, the building, location is excellent. The contact with our bob regarding things been fixed in the flat etc has been good. Certain things could be improved but so far so good.

Elle Hammond Property Pro

Sparkling new homes from Fizzy Living, in close proximity to Stepney Green Underground.

This development is one of many brought to you by Fizzy Living. The company’s mission is to ‘reinvent renting’, and several of its vibrant communities now pepper the capital. Fizzy aims to make tenants’ lives easier with perks like a pet-friendly policy, flexible lease terms, and an online portal for reporting repairs and similar items. Each Fizzy apartment also comes with the added bonus of high-speed internet, and a professional clean once a year \” both completely free of charge.

Stepney Green Underground is just over a five-minute walk away \” an enviable location for those who want to make the most of East London living. The area has an abundance of eclectic bars, pubs and restaurants, with live music acts and art exhibitions easy to stumble upon. The edgy watering holes and quirky shops of Shoreditch are within easy reach, as are Brick Lane’s curry houses. Residents have a cinema on the doorstep, as well, not to mention Mile End Park Leisure Centre & Stadium, where there’s a gym, two swimming pools, and a 400-metre running track. If you fancy staying a bit closer to home for some action, fear not \” ‘block parties’ are another Fizzy staple.

Fizzy Stepney Green is a bright and colourful community, with a modern look and feel. The architects have teamed brickwork with smooth neutral panelling outside, and balconies come in a sunshine-yellow shade. Inside, it’s much of the same. All apartments are done out with crisp white walls, and a smart mix of wood and carpet flooring.

One and two-bedroom apartments are still up for grabs. Each comes with pleasant features like underfloor heating, BOSCH kitchen appliances, and a washing machine/tumble dryer duo. Comfortable and spacious, the two-bedroom is very well-suited to sharers. Opt for a ground-floor home with a large outdoor patio, or a top-floor balcony apartment for superb views of the city.

Standout flat in the heart of upcoming Stepney Green

Verified Resident

With Stepney Green becoming bigger and better, living in Fizzy means we are in an area which is progressing rapidly, close to all amenities and within a short distance of wonderful nightlife, fantastic shopping and beautiful parks.

Our flat in Fizzy offers us comfort with it’s modern interior, and bags of space all housed within a stand-out building in the heart of the East End. This whole package comes very affordably (internet being include is a plus) – having searched many areas in London, value wise this stood out and left us with very little moving hassle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More in-depth understanding of the local area and what it can offer, having lived in East End for a while I was aware of all it had to offer (including some less known places) and it would be good to get more of a comprehensive guide or toolkit to unlock as you move in.
