Good experience

I have been 3 years in Fizzy poplar. I feel comfortable with fizzy and I enjoy my staying abd the quality of the flat. There has been issues but they’ve normally been dealt in a timely manner.
The only thing i would say is that the increase in rent is not always reflective of a better service, which is disappointing to hear that you nake us pay more not really for better service but for compensating lack of services.
If you keep your services at this standard with reasonable prices i will likely remain with you for longer

Nothing really apart from yearly random increasing of rent

Building manager is awesome

Who ever designed the flats had a lack of common sense, the dangling ceiling lights are all next to doors so you can’t get light shades, light switches are on the wrong side of the bathroom door, but as far a service goes I’m very happy, Tyrra is a legend and gets any issues fixed quickly is always friendly and as a bonus regularly walks my dog before heading home if my wife isn’t feeling well or if she will be late home from work. I love how pet friendly the complex is it’s always great getting to meet new dog in the building.

Lovely place and vibe, but pricey!

I’ve loved it at Fizzy Poplar long enough to live here for 4 years. Great to be by the park, have the gym and dedicated Bob. The prices have, however, rocketed and i’m Not sure the service is always worth the increase – we’ve had clerical issues, lost the building library, an no increased security for example.

The internet can be a bit dodgy

Practical layout and green space in the front

Verified Resident

Review Date May 2018

The location is very nice since there is Bartlett Park right in front giving it a bit of free space around. Additionally, the layout of our apartment is optimal for the size.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The wall paint comes off very easily. And anything that you did not notice was broken when you moved in you will have to replace yourself. Also, if you only have a bike (and no car) you cannot get a key to the garage, so you have to pass through the elevator every time you come back.

403 Fizzy review

I think Fizzy do a great job they maintain the building well. The postal services are good and everything else is great from the maintaining the outside area to the cleanliness of the indoor corridors. It is nice and secure, it is nice having people walking around the area and the buildings. The gym vacillates are good, it would be nice to have more weights for workouts and a possible water fountain in there.

Comfy and contemporary living in a lively East London postcode

Comfy and contemporary living in a lively East London postcode

Review Date Apr 2018

This vibrant, contemporary development is brought to you by Fizzy Living, which launched in 2012 with a mission to overhaul the rental sector. As such, ‘Fizzy perks’ at properties like Poplar include an annual cleaning and maintenance check, free internet, and a fuss-free tenants’ portal that allows residents to manage payments and report repairs. Throw the likes of football tournaments and communal parties into the mix, and you’ve got a great community set-up.

This Fizzy development calls the west side of the Poplar neighbourhood home, in the heart of East London’s Tower of Hamlet borough. It’s a diverse community where authentic London life plays out. In stark contrast to the soaring office skyscrapers and malls of nearby Canary Wharf, here you’ll find pubs with character, family-run stores, and pie and mash shops.

When it comes to getting out and about, Fizzy Poplar residents benefit from an easy 10-minute walk to All Saints and Poplar DLR stations. And well-known Chrisp Street, with its bustling market, street food festivals and listed clock tower, is also within easy reach.

On offer are two and three-bedroom en-suite apartments. Inside they’re spacious and bright, with white walls, spotlighting, and modern amenities such as heated bathroom towel racks. Each one features a balcony or terrace, too. Choose from an unfurnished apartment and make the space your own or opt for a furniture package at an extra cost.

Onsite, the facilities rollcall includes a residents’ gym, a gated underground carpark, plenty of storage for bicycles, and a 24-hour laundry and dry cleaning service. Plus, those with pets will be happy to know furry friends are welcome. There’s even a Pet Station for grooming and cleaning. Lastly, each Fizzy development comes with a ‘Bob’ (Fizzy-speak for landlord). Poplar’s is smiley Tyrra – she’s on-hand to make sure every single tenant is looked after properly.

Polite efficient service by the Building Manager

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Apr 2018

Fizzy Poplar offer a personal efficient service. However the build of the property is pretty bloody awful, which designer puts radiators behind the doors so during the day no heat is allowed out, so to speak. The BRIGHT lights in the garden at night more like Blackpool Illuminations, should be a dull yellow light.

Location and surroundigs are great. We have all the facilities and public transport that we need. The only thing we are worried at the moment is the cladding issue – this may cause rental to increase.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. Everyone have been very polite and professional
