The development is modern and very well looked after by the friendly staff and the added bonus of a dedicated fizzy staff member, Tia who is always on hand to help and is always very polite. The area is very quiet away from the hustle and bustle so it is very relaxing! The development has a great concierge service so you’ll never miss a delivery again as you will be able to collect them at your leisure when back home. The development also has a great perk of a resindence only gym that you can use anytime you won’t.

Great park opposite that has just had a revamp with a cool cafe on the park with great coffee and food. There are 2 convenience shops within the development and a great Chinese. 5 minute walk to Westferry DLR or 15 minutes into Canary Wharf that ya everything you need!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I view the property Tia made was very informative so generally there isn’t anything.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The only thing that I would change would be more storage however it really isn’t a show stopper because there is an option to rent storage space in the basement.
3 bed flat
The flat is spacious and has good quality white goods. The design is good and you do not tend to hear much from the flats above or around you. The people who work for fizzy are friendly and helpful, any issues are sorted out quickly. Fizzy make an effort to help residents get to know one another and participate in community wide social events. The concierge is convenient especially for deliveries during the working day. We enjoy living here.

The area is very conveniently located for Canary Whary (15 minute walk) and central London (20-30 minutes by pubic transport) with several good transport links conveniently located. The development is close to supermarkets and shops, and feels safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues are responded to and dealt with efficiently.
Love the building and the people!
I love our property manager, she’s so kind and everyone is so friendly and it feels extremely safe and I love the neighbourhood spirit! I love that we have the 24h concierge service for parcel deliveries and I really love the building and that it’s so modern and luxurious. The residents gym is a big plus too and that there are loads of pets living in the building.

I like that it’s close to the centre and there’s a Lidl and a tesco express nearby and it’s just a short walk to Canary Wharf which is amazing!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had no idea that there would be a construction taking place for months now.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I would add a resident cinema and more events/locations where residents can meet up.
Pleasant Experience
Great location close to Canary Wharf and DLR! Lovely apartment, very cozy and bright! Helpful concierge system! Convenient living area, full of stores, cafes and parks! Pets friendly! Free 24/7 gym is the best part of it, especially for busy people. There are several dry cleaning services which is awesome.

NewFestivalQuarter’s great, surroundings not so much
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there is a gap under apartment’s front door that lets cold air in.
What is the best feature of your home:
24/7 Gym
Good place to live
The development is new and kept well overall. There is a 24h concierge in another building nearby and also a communal gym, which is however a bit small. Having the bob, i.e. a property manager specific to Fizzy, is a plus as they can help with anything related to the building during working hours. Also, the development is pet friendly!

The area is quiet and sufficiently close to transportation and to Canary Wharf. However, there are not many bars/restaurants in the neighbourhood.

It’s safe and pretty clean and we can access the concierge all the time. Buildings are modern. Our flat is very well insolated. I like the gym we have. Security is also very present. Corridors are always clean, the elevator and the lights always work.

Great experience, it is tough to find affordable high quality rentals in london
Great location, great built and friendly staff. All was made easy for us to visit and apply for our flat. Very pet friendly, our dog love it. the park across the street makes it quite amazing for us. The place is clean, well organised and all neighbours are quite friendly. There is an access to the building complex gym, only issue is that it is quite far from the any train. other than that it has been a pretty great experience so far

We’ve only just moved in, but have enjoyed living here so far. Very happy to be able to add cats to our family here, which we couldn’t do elsewhere.

It’s a great location for us, close to work and to the swimming pool in Stratford.

That you had non fireproof cladding on the building – we asked specifically about this and got an answer that suggested it was safe. Now we know it’s all due to be replaced in the summer – we were hoping for a quiet life here. I’m not sure we would have chosen to live here if we’d had known.
