This is the perfect location. A lot of shops nearby. Two major transport links really close by, so it is very easy to get to central.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The responses i have gottwn whenever sometimes wrong which is hardly ever to be honest the response has been speedy and reasonable considering they manager two buildings. No complaints

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing i wished i knew before moving in because viewing the flat had been really informative and i felt relaxed and free to ask questions that popped into mind

There a large amount of good points and only a few bad ones of the local area. To start there are numerous medium to large supermarkets within a 5 mins walk which is very useful. A few good restaurants within a variety of different cuisines. The location is fantastic for traveling into central next to the railway station, dlr and buses. Slight bad aspects include noisy traffic and pedestrians from time to time and limited parking . Especially when moving in and out of the apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely efficient in replying to any queries or questions. Whether by email or phone. Tyrra and Jonathan have been so friendly and feel looked after.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very sound proof, didn’t hear neighbours at all! Few parking spaces for moving in and out.

Very good connectivity, close to malls and cafes, close to Greenwich park. As negative aspects I would mentions the dust and noise due to the trains.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always provided us with solutions to our apartment issues.

Excess of dust and noise. Low quality of people in the area.

Up and coming area with great transport links for those who work in the city. Lots of shops around, have a little bit of everything. Only bad aspect is lighting, I’d like a lot more of it but we are making progress with the new developments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really great, haven’t have many issues but any time management has been responsive and arranged for it to be fixed quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How great it is so I could’ve moved here sooner :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, with a DLR and train station just a minute’s walk away, a nearby Tesco Superstore, Greenwich Park the Cutty Sark within walking distance. The closest vet clinic was just a 20-minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

During our three years there, we encountered very few issues (such as occasional lack of hot water), but the Fizzy team responded quickly each time. Tyrra and Jonathan were always friendly, polite, and consistently helpful, ensuring problems were resolved as soon as possible and keeping us updated on any progress.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes it was a bit noisy, which meant we rarely used the balcony, but with the windows closed, the flat was very quiet.
