The local area around Fizzy Hayes is well-connected and practical for daily life. Shops like Lidl, Asda, and Sainsbury’s are nearby, along with coffee shops, takeaways, and a few good restaurants. Hayes & Harlington station (Elizabeth Line) is just a short walk away and makes commuting into central London or Heathrow quick and easy. The nearby parks like Minet Country Park are great for fresh air and walks. The street is mostly quiet, with no major issues around noise or anti-social behaviour. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, especially around the station. Bin collections are regular and reliable. Overall, the area is convenient, safe, and offers a good balance of urban access and green space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and professionally. Inga, in particular, is very supportive and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how active and friendly the community would be, monthly events really help people connect. It’s more than just a place to live, and new neighbours should definitely get involved to make the most of it.

It is only a stones throw away from an elizabeth line station so it is very easy to move around. The nearby hayes town has everything you need day to day. There are two gyms nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and with excellent quality and workmanship.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are quite a number of families with small children. It can be noisy sometimes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really enjoyed living in Hayes and especially where Fizzy is. You have close access to the train station, 24 hour Asda superstore, the Canal all within a 5-10 min walk. It's also incredibly safe and calm and well maintained with a few convenience stores around. The only downside is that there aren't a whole load of food and restaurants options near, but Deliveroo / Uber Eats usually delivers from Ealing / Southall / Windsor so you can still get options delivered.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fizzy has managed the property excellently and have always helped with any problems we've had. Some of the repairs we had to the bathrooms took a while and were stretched over a few days but were completed to a high standard in the end so couldn't complain.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To enjoy the amenities more and to get signed up at The Nest - the climbing gym next door, it's a fantastic community! They also do a discount for Fizzy residents.

In A very convenient location and a great management team. Local to the station and many conveniences.

Yes always and in a timely manner. No matter is too small for the management team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I would like it as much I have. I planned to be here for 6 months and still here years later.

Everything has been great — affordable food, good company, and close proximity to the Elizabeth line. Management takes care of everything else, including issues like repairs. I especially want to mention Inga at Fizzy Hayes. She’s been incredibly diligent and kind — she even helped take care of me and my son in a small smoke accident and made sure that everything was fine before leaving us back home. Her support, even outside office hours, was truly above and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff have been amazingly punctual and diligent. There was a time when an issue occurred outside of office hours, yet someone was still there to help. My first point of contact is always Inga and she was always there to help me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The openness of the house isn't exactly as shown in the pictures, and the place has great natural light and feels very spacious — especially in the common lounge, lobby, and even the bathroom
