The area is perfect ,particularly for people working in Central London .It's very convenient ,with plenty of shops and amenities nearby .

The management team is very responsive and they usually reply immediately or within the same day .

I live in Fizzy Hayes, and overall, it’s a great place to be. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent transport connectivity—Hayes & Harlington station is just a short walk away, and with the Elizabeth Line service, it’s quick and convenient to get to central London or Heathrow. The Fizzy flats themselves are modern, well-maintained, and come with great amenities such as secure entry systems, lifts, and consistently excellent on-site maintenance. The area is vibrant and diverse, with a friendly multicultural community and access to a wide range of international shops and restaurants. There are also lovely green spaces nearby, like Minet Country Park, which are perfect for walks and fresh air. While the area can be a little noisy at times, especially near the train lines but it’s a small trade-off for the many benefits. A special mention to Inga from the Property Management Team, who has always been incredibly helpful and supportive—she truly adds to the positive living experience here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management has been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised any issues. They usually respond quickly and take action in a timely and professional manner. I’d like to give special appreciation to Inga, who has been consistently supportive, efficient, and approachable. She genuinely cares about residents’ concerns and always goes the extra mile to resolve things smoothly. Her involvement has made a big difference in creating a positive living experience at Fizzy Hayes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the area can be a bit noisy at times, especially near the train lines but It’s not a major issue, but something to be aware of if you're sensitive to sound. That said, the convenience of the location and the overall quality of the development more than make up for it.

Living next to Hayes & Harlington station has been an absolute game-changer. The area has been beautifully modernised, blending convenience with a fresh, urban feel. I love how easy it is to get around, yet still enjoy a calm, welcoming environment. The new developments and shops have truly transformed the vibe—it's now a vibrant, connected place to call home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we were faced with an issue the management team made sure to take care of us by setting us up with an engineer or meeting us if we had any questions to discuss

How great it is to leave so close to the train and bus station- as it gives me loads of accessibility How beautiful the complex is as a whole

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent ,everything is within walking distance: grocery shops ,a hair salons and many other amenities. The area is residential and quiet .The station is just a 5 -minute walk away. I have my own parking space ,but there is also free parking available around the buildings for up to 2 hours, and its free on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management responds straight away or on the same day .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A good tip I'd recommend this place is that it's a safe place with 24/7 CCTV cameras !

Too many animals inside the building but it's only my scary nature which doesn't accept animals inside the building.
