Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent ,everything is within walking distance: grocery shops ,a hair salons and many other amenities. The area is residential and quiet .The station is just a 5 -minute walk away. I have my own parking space ,but there is also free parking available around the buildings for up to 2 hours, and its free on weekends.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management responds straight away or on the same day .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A good tip I'd recommend this place is that it's a safe place with 24/7 CCTV cameras !

Underground Station nearby,local shops,parking availability for 2 hours,b8n collection quick,no anti-social behaviour

The building management answered any request in time and in superb manner

Too many animals inside the building but it's only my scary nature which doesn't accept animals inside the building.

Very close to shops, train station and all buses. Very close to Heathrow airport. Parking is ok but expensive

Immediately repaired. Always Inge checks if you were satisfied with repair.

The development is well connected to central London and has easy access to all amenities. Elizabeth Line is a blessing to have!

The area offers a great range of local shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces—all within walking distance. Public transport is convenient, with frequent buses and nearby train links. The street is generally quiet and well-maintained, with reliable bin collections and good parking availability. There's little to no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise. The only downside is occasional train noise, which can be noticeable when windows are open, but otherwise it’s very peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very kind, affectionate, and super helpful in responding to any issues.

The window functioning is quite complex and different from what we're used to.
