Very close to shops, train station and all buses. Very close to Heathrow airport. Parking is ok but expensive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately repaired. Always Inge checks if you were satisfied with repair.

Very quiet and nice neighbours. Nice place to live

The development is well connected to central London and has easy access to all amenities. Elizabeth Line is a blessing to have!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A special mention to Inga Sokurovaite, who has been truly outstanding—always approachable, quick to respond, and consistently going above and beyond to help with any issues or questions. Her dedication and care have made my experience at Fizzy Hayes exceptional.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area offers a great range of local shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces—all within walking distance. Public transport is convenient, with frequent buses and nearby train links. The street is generally quiet and well-maintained, with reliable bin collections and good parking availability. There's little to no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise. The only downside is occasional train noise, which can be noticeable when windows are open, but otherwise it’s very peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very kind, affectionate, and super helpful in responding to any issues.

The window functioning is quite complex and different from what we're used to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We recently moved in and we really happy with our choice. The location is excellent everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants ,hair salons, and other amenities. The area is peaceful and feels very safe .We've also been lucky to have wonderful and friendly neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responds straight away and resolves any issues quickly .

Everything is great ,nothing to complain about ,we are truly satisfied whit our choice to live at Fizzy Hayes .

There is a shop close by that offers a good range of products, the shops near the high street are also good. Hayes and harlington station is 5 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Callan has helped address any issue I have brought up. Every issue raised has been resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about how to work some of the appliances as some designs were new to me. These issues were quickly solved by management.
