Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Hayes is a very diverse area so I enjoy living here. The development is less than a minute walk to the high-street where you’ll find a local Tesco, CoOp, three gyms including a climbing gym and leisure centre with a pool, pharmacies, salons, beauty places and grocery stores selling fresh fruit, veg and ethnic food items. There are also two churches and a mosque 10-15 min walk away. The train station is a 6 min walk away. It’s a relatively quiet development with low traffic as it’s on a one way street and there’s plenty of underground parking. A new local cafe opened up serving sandwiches and good coffee about 4 mins away, but within the development area. Really accessible and great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly, professionally and with a lot of kindness. It’s never your fault which is a breath of fresh air as a tenant, they just want to work with you to get it fixed!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really, the process was very informative. If I’m honest, it’s better than is described on their website. I got the apartment and paid before even seeing it - that’s how reassuring and quick the process was!

Hayes is great due to the Elizabeth line however, the high street area is very dirty and rather unpleasant. Sometimes even unsafe. There seem to be still a lot of under construction property so there is usually a lot of dust and soot
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Super quick and seamless! They are always responsive and want to come up with a suitable resolution asap.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The bin store: unpleasant and needs cleaning often. It seems unhygienic to step into and wish they had shown us the situation before we rented. Would’ve been nice to be prepared

Great location with great connectivity. There is Elizabeth line in less than 5 mins walk. We have 4-5 grocery stores nearby which is really nice. The management team is very supportive especially Sajid who is always available to help.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building is being managed in a very professional manner. They respond to you immediately as soon as you report anything. And within no time the issue is resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not really, I knew almost every detail about the property before moving in. Sajid helped me with the move and he informed me about everything, and also arranged an extra viewing/ appointment for me when I had some doubts. Thank you Sajid for all your help :)

Living in Hayes offers excellent transport links via the Elizabeth Line, a diverse and welcoming community, and convenient access to shops, restaurants, and green spaces like Stockley Park. However, the nightlife is limited, often requiring a trip to central London for more options.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management at Fizzy Hayes has been exceptional in addressing any problems or concerns. They are always responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring residents have a comfortable living experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving into Fizzy Hayes is the occasional train noise from the surrounding area due to its prime location near the station. While the convenience of excellent transport links is a huge plus, new residents might want to consider this if they prefer a quieter environment. On a positive note, I didn’t fully appreciate how responsive and supportive the building management team would be who is always there to assist with any concerns. A tip for new neighbors: take full advantage of the community spaces and events, as they’re a great way to connect with other residents and make the most of the vibrant atmosphere!
