The property is a 10-min walk from the Elizabeth Line. There is a big Asda and close to the town centre where you can literally find anything needed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not reported any issues, but they act according to the plans made by themselves.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We can put the mails posted to our postbox that belong to the preivous tenants into the mailbox at the office.

6 mins walk to the Elizabeth line and local stores, have parking and visitor car park space available, there are some good cafe and gym near the development
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Callan was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The property felt new inside, the public areas are kept looking new, and the team replies fast and never turns you away when you need help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are not many things that I wish to know before, as the agent told me most of the things that need to be aware.

There are any local shops nearby. Daily grocery is easily and available. The train station is just a stones throw away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes all issues are fixed in time. We don’t need to follow up.

The local area around Fizzy Hayes is well-connected and practical for daily life. Shops like Lidl, Asda, and Sainsbury’s are nearby, along with coffee shops, takeaways, and a few good restaurants. Hayes & Harlington station (Elizabeth Line) is just a short walk away and makes commuting into central London or Heathrow quick and easy. The nearby parks like Minet Country Park are great for fresh air and walks. The street is mostly quiet, with no major issues around noise or anti-social behaviour. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, especially around the station. Bin collections are regular and reliable. Overall, the area is convenient, safe, and offers a good balance of urban access and green space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally. Inga, in particular, is very supportive and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how active and friendly the community would be, monthly events really help people connect. It’s more than just a place to live, and new neighbours should definitely get involved to make the most of it.

We are especially glad to hear Inga’s support has stood out. She will be thrilled to know her efforts are appreciated. We also appreciate your feedback about the gym and understand how valuable that addition would be. Please note that the project for the new gym is currently under planning permission with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), which has extended the timeline more than we anticipated. While we are unable to provide a specific completion date at this stage, we will continue to keep the community informed as progress is made. It is only a stones throw away from an elizabeth line station so it is very easy to move around. The nearby hayes town has everything you need day to day. There are two gyms nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and with excellent quality and workmanship.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are quite a number of families with small children. It can be noisy sometimes.
