I’ve lived at Fizzy Hayes for five years and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are modern, well maintained, and the building is always kept in good condition. Kiran has been super helpful with any issues we’ve raised, and the management team is responsive and friendly overall. The location is convenient, and the community feels welcoming. I’d happily recommend living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been super responsive. All issues were fixed within 24 hours of reporting

I was pleasantly surprised to know how well connected this place is central London

I have lived here for 3 years now and it has been a mostly good experience. There are plenty of local shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the so rounding are clean and nice to use. Transport links are convenient, with regular buses and trains, although they can be busy at peak times. The street is generally quiet, parking is usually okay, and bin collections are reliable. Very little anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any problems I have raised, resolving issues in a professional and reliable manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that Fizzy Hayes is just a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line, which makes getting around very easy. The nearby parks, like Lake Farm and Minet Country Park, are great for walks. Some flats have awkward room shapes or occasional lift issues, but the resident portal makes reporting and fixing problems quick and easy.

There’s a good mix of shops, restaurants and open spaces nearby, providing everything needed day-to-day. Public transport is generally convenient, although it can get busy at peak times. The street is welcoming and mostly quiet and manageable parking. Occasionally there’s some noise due to the trains, but nothing that affects quality of life. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and helpful with any issues I’ve raised. They always acknowledge requests quickly, arrange maintenance promptly, and keep me updated throughout the process. The team has been professional and supportive, and Kiran in particular has been amazing — always attentive, proactive, and genuinely committed to resolving any concerns. I have a problem with my door after it has been fixed by the fireworks and she has contacted me to check if the job has been done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The process was easy and smoothly. I didn't have any issues in moving to the flat as usual, especially because I have a guarantor.

Fizzy is located in such an easy and amazing place. The trains to London are at a stone throw away as well as bus links. Being in Hayes there is such a wide variety of shops at you convenience. Great location

Always resolve any issues and are always happy to help
