Great location and experience.

The building has all the facilities you would want as a professional living in London. The only thing that’s missing is a gym I would say. The dog friendly community is great. The only thing is that it feels like the finish of the building was built to be cheap. For example, the carpets on the floors and the elevator are getting dirty by the minute. I can only imagine what they will look like in a year. Tiles can be more expensive but easier to clean and not as marky. Another thing is the car park which seems to still be dirty and brings loads of dust into the car and the flat.

The location is great for traveling as it connects to Paddington in 20 mins. The only thing is that there’s no good gym between the buildings around. The postcode UB3 1DR is also not very accurate on the map so we have to give the full address every time we order something because the postcode brings you somewhere else (not near the building at all).

Love Fizzy Hayes, it’s very secure and pet friendly. There is alot of upcoming buildings being built which will be great when it’s finished

The building is very Safe and Secure. The community is great and the Bobs. The area is bit run down but alot of building going on around it which I’m sure when it’s finished will be great. Train station only 5 min walk but wouldn’t walk on my own in the dark.

The building outside can be alot as I’m shift work and sleep alot during the day. But I know when the building is finished it will be great. As shops, cinema etc is going I Apparently

Would of liked to have been told that the builders worked till late sometimes and they work Saturday’s. We were told they finished by 4pm and no weekends.

Nice modern apartment

Great location near to the station. Good to have an onsite concererge/manager to collect packages. Modern apartment with good standard kit. Well soundproofed which is good so near to the rail lines. The roof terrace is nice and perfect for those with animals. Very quick to get to Paddington and from there really easy access right across London. Many stores nearby within walking distance including a large Asda.

Great place to live

I’ve been Living in a Brand New flat Full furnished. All the apliences have good quality. The building facilities are good as well, all the comunal spaces are well cared despite some dog mess. I summay I would say that is a great place to live.

We are close to major transport links. We also have some shopping options close to us what is great when you have to buy something.

It’s like home, immediately. Feels very safe and as everyone is new we all say hello to each other. Once more people move in I’m sure it will be a great community. Look forward to the summer. The Bobs put sweets out in the communal area which is very sweet (pardon the pun)

There’s nothing nice in the area yet, really. Nice coffee shop but closed on weekends. Maybe if everything is finished building there will be more. But as it’s right next to the station you can get into London very fast. (And home 24/7 on public transport thanks to the Heathrow link)

There seems to be a lot of communication between neighbours on Facebook, which I don’t have.

Responsive service

As I first moved into the Fizzy hayes, i found it was quite a remote site. And then afterwards, it is found that the transportation facilities are convenient as it was close to the hayes and harlington station, and there is a bus stop nearby – within 10 minutes walk. Also there is a variety of supermarket nearby – Asda, Iceland, Poundland, which made my living here convenient. Also the management staff is very friendly and helpful – they are always available for help and support, and their service is responsive and helpful. Overall, i would rate the living in the Fizzy hayes convenient and pleasant.

Fantastic pet friendly home. We love the spacious flat and gardens

We had been searching for somewhere that we could feel safe with our dogs and we found it finally.

Here our dogs are treated like family and not like animals

Different experience without concerign service

I have given the school the scores because I like the location of the building which I find quite and peaceful also like the fact that it’s close to the station, town centre and local school. I also like the designs and building qualities as I am a big fan of modern designs and open space. Can’t say much about the surroundings yet as Work is been done daily but can’t wait for the finish product. The customer service is very good because we are updated on any news or issues and also like the web portal so you can easily access information if needed.

You can’t get Sky Broadband and Sky Q at the moment.
