Convenient, easy living. That’s Fizzy living.

Reinventing renting was indeed the catch line that attracted me to Fizzy living. Because that is what Fizzy have achieved. Strategically located, the flats have been designed with everyday living in mind. The buildings are attractive and the communal garden and roof terrace are both wonderful features to have. Waiting for the warmer summer days when we can make use of these more. The security aspect is one of its strongest features by far as well as the themed rooms in each building. There are some development points however; the design features in the flat not being to the expected standard, car parking should also be offered free to residents as rent is already quite high and more community events should be organised for residents to get to know each other. Having said that, I would still recommend Fizzy living to my friends and family and have enjoyed being here since moving in last December!

Close to the shops and train station which is great but a shame that there are other buildings blocking out the sunlight!

Nothing really surprised me which is great! I was very well informed before I moved in.

Good place to be if you have pets.

Verified Resident

I was really glad we finally found a place where we can live with our pets. The staff was very helpful before we moved in.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great location in terms of access to central London. The shops are also ok.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s very hard to get any delivery in. Also address is not easy to find for anyone.

Nice flat but fees etc could be more transparent

Verified Resident

The location of the flats is quite good. It’s close to the motorway, and about a 5 min walk to Hayes & Harlington train station. London Paddington is only about 20 mins away. The design of our flat is modern as are the facilities, and the exterior is nice. The staff are helpful and minor repairs are attended to with good communication.

For value, this is subjective. For the flat my partner and I enquired about and are now living in, we were told in writing that the rent figure included furniture. We were also told verbally, at the flat viewings that everything we saw was included in the prices. The flats all had furniture. We were ultimately required to pay extra for furniture. This was surprising. On this point, I think it could have been better communicated and explained so I feel that I am having to pay more than was bargained for. This point aside, it would otherwise have been good value.

Please share one thing (or more) that you wish you had known before you moved in:
Furniture is extra, even if you’re told it’s included, so this needs to be factored in.
