The location of Fizzy is very convenient, right above the Canning Town Station, with access to buses, Jubilee line and DLR. there are numerous supermarkets at the doorstep as well. The noise of the transport are well blocked by the glasses so is hardly noticeable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely, all concerns has been addressed promptly if raised.

Don’t think there was anything that needed to be aware of ahead of moving.

The maintenance team in my building—especially Paul—has been consistently reliable and trustworthy. I can trust him to handle any job to a high standard, and he always approaches tasks with professionalism and care. He responds to my maintenance requests promptly, resolving issues efficiently and with great attention to detail. I’m genuinely grateful for the dependable service Paul provides.

The building management has consistently responded to any problems or issues I’ve raised in a timely and professional manner. They communicate clearly, follow up appropriately, and ensure that concerns are resolved efficiently. Their proactive approach has made living here feel smooth and well-supported.

Probably parking situation when I moved in - the process was a struggle trying to arrange parking for van for moving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A good number of grocery stores are located in the area. It's conveniently located near the Canning Town train station, making it very easy to commute daily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't really had any issues so far so I cannot comment on that.

I wouldve like to know on what side of the building my apartment was going to be at.

Been with fizzy almost 4 years now and definitely love the place. The pros are the location. It’s close to the station, grocery and works well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very active and makes sure it’s resolved in a good time frame

NA. I think the development is great. No complaints

Overall the area is pretty good with great connectivity to central London via tube station which is like 2 minutes away from the building . Everything is good with great restaurants and stores

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is excellent they solve every issue quickly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Whenever I had any issue I deal with Mr. Samson Lopez Miranda who helped me get this flat at fizzy since then he solves all my issues and queries he has been a great help and he is very professional and reliable.

This place has a great connectivity I think all types of transportation is available here within the walking distance.
