Maria is very helpful. I just moved in today and she showed me around showing her professionals. She gave me tour around and even before she replied patiently with all my enquiries. So far it’s my first day here only but nothing to complain

No issue so far they seems working properly everything looks great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is excellent and has a really good balance of convenience, comfort and atmosphere. There are plenty of useful shops nearby, as well as a good range of restaurants, cafés and places to grab food or drinks. Transport links are very convenient, making it easy to get around without hassle. The street itself feels pleasant and safe, with generally manageable traffic and noise levels. Parking and bin collections are well organised, and overall the area is a very comfortable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
NA no issues have arise in my move so far all good

The area is incredibly well connected and convenient for daily living. The station is literally a 2 minute walk away, which makes commuting super easy, and there are great transport links with buses and the Tube nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance: Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Superdrug, cafés, restaurants, and other essentials are all close by. The area feels lively, modern, and safe. Bin collection and maintenance have been very reliable. There is some traffic noise since the development is located on a main road, but honestly it hasn’t been too disruptive and is manageable overall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really positive experience with the management and maintenance team so far. Everyone has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Emma, again! Also, Mark from the maintenance team was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me with replacing the tall boy in my room with a chest of drawers and handled everything quickly and smoothly. Small gestures like that really make the experience of living here feel welcoming and well-managed.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Maria for her outstanding support throughout my moving process. From the very first viewing to the day I moved into my apartment, Maria was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place for my move. Thanks to her dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to settle into my new home with confidence and ease. Maria is a true asset to the team, and her kindness, patience, and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. I am extremely grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support with finding a home. They have been responsive overall, although some issues have taken a little longer than expected to be addressed. However, it is still quite early for me to form a complete opinion, and I appreciate the efforts made so far. I look forward to seeing how things continue to be managed going forward.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that a few minor maintenance issues can take some time to be resolved. For example, I experienced a leaking tap and a shower issue shortly after moving in. While these are not major concerns, it’s something I would have liked to know in advance. That said, I’ve only recently moved in, so it’s still too early for me to make a full assessment of the overall experience.

Living here definitely has its pros and cons, but honestly, the top three things for me are the transport links, how close it is to work, and the greenery I can see right from my balcony. The connectivity is unreal—having the Jubilee line and DLR on your doorstep makes commuting so easy and cuts down a ton of travel stress. It feels like you’re close to everything. Plus, even with all the busy, urban energy of the area, having that green view from the balcony is the perfect way to unwind. The main downside is that the local shops and food scene are still catching up to all the new building development. You get the essentials, but it lacks that established neighborhood variety. Street-wise, it’s mostly fine, though you definitely get the usual busy city noise and occasional traffic, but the convenience here makes it totally worth it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Unlike some other places I have lived in the past, the management team here is incredibly resident-facing and always there to listen. Their response time is always on point, and they are genuinely eager to help whenever an issue arises. Without a doubt, the maintenance team is the best part of this building—they are fast, professional, and consistently reliable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, no one likes a rent hike, but here you actually get what you pay for. Between the amazing location, tight security, and all the events, I feel like the service totally justifies the price. If I could give a new neighbor any advice, it would be to hit up the resident events right away to meet people, learn the quiet hours for the gym, and definitely get to know the onsite team—they are awesome and make the whole place feel like home.
