Canning Town is genuinely an exciting place to call home right now, especially with all the regeneration constantly bringing fresh energy, smart new developments, and vibrant community spaces to the neighborhood. The local setup is super convenient. You’ve got fantastic independent spots right on your doorstep, with Canary Wharf and Westfield Stratford just minutes away for world-class dining, shopping, and green parks. Connectivity is arguably the best part; having both the Jubilee Line and DLR at Canning Town station makes getting into Central London or Canary Wharf practically effortless. Overall, it feels modern, incredibly well connected, and like a neighborhood that’s truly hitting its stride.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management handles issues with exceptional efficiency and transparency—you are never left in limbo like I’ve experienced at previous places. Every request is promptly acknowledged, dealt with directly, or escalated whenever necessary, always coming back with a straightforward and accommodating response. The front-of-house team is outstanding across the board. The reception and security staff are consistently brilliant, with Ahmad and Mo acting as true ambassadors for the development, and Samson always going above and beyond to be super helpful.

I wish I’d known just how much a genuine sense of community and care can transform your daily living experience. Coming from a place where you barely knew your neighbours and issues often fell into a black hole, moving here has been a complete breath of fresh air. From the front-of-house and security teams knowing you by name to management actively organising resident events like yoga and workout sessions, there is a real, tangible effort to bring people together. You aren't just renting an apartment here—you are joining a warm, respectful, and thoughtfully managed community that actually cares about making you feel at home.

The building is close to Morrison and Lidle, which is convenient for grocery shopping. A nearby transportation station (Canning Town tube station). Nice location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problem and issues. All team members support high-quality services.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The soundproofing issue can be considered carefully. It will be noisy to stay near the main street and transportation hub if you open all the windows of the apartment all day.

Overall, this is a very pleasant and convenient area to live in. There is a good range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within easy reach, as well as plenty of green and open spaces nearby. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to travel both locally and into central London.

They dealt with my issues very responsively and profesisonally

Great location, responsive team and a lovely place to live.

Accessible to multiple supermarkets and restaurants in the area, the main street from metro station to Fleet height is quite clean and well maintained.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've been expressing concerns on moving in furniture, and Yasmin explains well on the system of how the loading lift and back parking area work for that.

Not much. Maybe clearer instruction on how are water and electricity set up within the apartment.

This is a clean and quiet place. I feel like the sense of community here is very high. Moreover, all my requests are greatly supported by the team. Thank you Yasmin for always accompanying me since I first started exploring about this place.

Yes, they help me a lot. They handle any issues almost immediately
