Not been here long but it’s been an amazing and smooth process so far – beautiful flat and everyone is always happy to help! I love how pet friendly Fizzy are and it just feels so safe with 24/7 security etc. I don’t have a bad word to say so far – thanks fizzy!

Can be quite loud but overall it’s a great place so close to the station and all of the amenities you would need.

I wish I was given more info about the move in process – where to go when parking etc is confusing

Always responded within 24 hours and so happy to help us.
We just moved in today and the service is really nice.
The window is a bit small. Would be great have a bigger window. Also, we don’t quite understand why there is a storage room between the balcony and the bedroom. If you include the storage inside the bedroom, than the bedroom could be bigger. Also, the entrance of the room is quite big. Next to the entrance there is a bigger storage room. I think the entrance and storage room could combine together as one small bedroom. Thx!

We just moved in today and the service is really nice. We do appreciate the champagne in the welcome pack! Could be great if we have 2 lol. By the way, if could be better if there is a gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We just arrived today and we found the wifi didn’t work. They help us fix it today.
Brand new property conveniently located in Zone 2
The apartments are brand new with a modern open floor plan and a balcony. Being new, everything inside the home works perfectly well and are of good quality. The property has a resident’s only lounge area and yoga studio but lacks a gym, however there are a few gyms around the corner from the Canning Town station.
The premises are secure with fob-only entry and a security personnel deployed 24hrs. It is also kept very clean despite the active construction sites all around.
Our experience with the property management has been less than exemplary thus far and hope it improves during our time here.

The property is located just steps away from the Canning Town Tube and DLR stations that is both a boon and a bane. The noise from the tracks is incessant even with all the windows completely shut, thankfully the ventilation system works well to keep the rooms fresh and cool. There’s a Morrisons and Sainsbury’s nearby that are well stocked for all kinds of groceries and staples. The area is still upcoming with a visible dearth of cafes and restaurants that make the neighbourhood less than desirable to walk around. Parking around the property is not possible and no guest parking is available that makes any kind of loading and unloading difficult.

Though we were made aware of the noise from the tracks, wish we had anticipated the repercussions from that of not being able to spend more than a few minutes outside on the wonderful balcony space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The BOBs are quick to respond to any queries although resolution of any repairs takes 2-3 weeks.
A comfortable new built flat
This building is brand new and the f club is such a great place to get to meet the neighbors (in the elevator as well!) and hang out with them. Unlike traditional flat or housing, it provides a space to connect with other residents, work, exercise and a lovely place to relax when you feel like you want to be out of the house but not out out.

Less than five minutes walk to Canning Town station and Morrison. You get the noise living next to the station but with the windows closed and air vent on it’s more comfortable and the noise from the traffic becomes more like a white noise.

I knew it before that the side of my place is next to the tube rails and it is unavoidable that there will be noise pretty much all the time. I like to have natural air circulating in the house but with the windows open the noise gets a bit too much so now I use the air vent and tho it’s not the same it is still pretty comfortable and if I do need some fresh air, I can always go to the balcony.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The BOBs are very friendly and quick to reply. Although one is new to the position, they try to solve the problems and answer questions as soon as possible.

Facilities are great. I love having the F Club to work from and the Yoga Studio. Property management have been super helpful. The flat itself is also huge and has high ceiling.
Only small point is that the website says “fully stocked wine and beer fridge” but I haven’t seen this yet – again not a major issue. It has been stocked with some nice cordials though. Also residents will eat through the biscuits very quickly so you have to get in there first!
The entrance is still slightly under construction but not a massive issue either and there are occasional works being done to the building, most of the time we hear about these beforehand though.
Love the community events so far including free ice cream and prosecco last Friday – I would love more of these kind of events as I like meeting people in the building. Everyone that I have met so far are super friendly.

Great shops including a very large Morrisons with a street food market. Some bars near this too. Not far from Greenwich for larger green spaces but Canning Town itself is quite built up, which we knew before moving. The construction outside the building can make it tricky when moving belongings in to the property and the construction of the building across the road can sometimes be noisy, however, the soundproofing in the flats is excellent, so it’s only when windows are open.

Can get quite dusty from the neighbouring construction going on
