First of all just a shoutout to our property manager Serina. She is one of the best property manager I have come accross. Friendly, kind and caring but with professionalism. She give the biggest smile everytime we see her. Easy to talk to when you need help with something e.g. fixing something that is broken in the flat.
As for the design of the building and facilities, it is modern, new and gives a welcoming feeling. They have parking and bike storage!!

This area is close to everything like grocery shops, fast foods, 24 hours shops, tube and dlr stations oh and bus stop right outside your house too, restaurants, basketball court, gyms if you’re an active person and more
I guess the bad side is you will be motivated to go out and have more fresh air than just staying home all the time. Which is not really bad.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the amount of dust that comes in inside the flat..
But its not that bad if I knew, I would have chosen a higher floor lol.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very quick and efficient with the response.
The building of the century
Building is really new. The commons areas always cleaned and the staff is always available.
Dogs area is really relaxing and cleaned. Our dog always join the terrace where meets others pets.
Good area at 4th floor for study , for having a coffee with friends and also for play golf and ping pong.

All we found we already have been told before moving.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has been always available for every problem and also quickly to answer and solve problems.

not dog friendly apartment.
hi, this development is not dog-friendly at all. it is not like what it describes on its website and advertisement. the first-floor garden does not allow dogs or cats in, which very disappoints us. we have to walk our dog outside every evening and its not very safe outside at night, which brings huge inconvenience to our life. the flat facility is very old with a small fridge.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
this area is not very safe during the night time. and it is close to the canning town station. very convenient for daily commuting.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
dog-friendly issue!!! the agent told me, the dog can use the garden. however, they change the rule when i moved in,
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
very very slow. the current building manager mass is very good, but the previous one was very unprofessional.
Fizzy Canning Town
The buildings just needed a garbage shoot, as you have to go all the way down to the ground floor to throw away your rubbish. Otherwise it is a good design and lovely apartments. Really friendly property management. Although electricity for our apartment was not sorted before we moved in .

Amazing transport links, right next to canning town station. Very close to a morrisons and sainsburies. There are a few cafes and bars around but not many. However the flat faces directly onto the railway tracks so the trains are very noisy. There’s not much to do in canning town so you have to travel somewhere else. If you live on the street it can also be quite busy and noisy. Parking isn’t really available. Bin collections are good and have never had a problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i knew how noisy the trains were, because that really impacts on my selection of where to live. I would definitley go a view the property first and taken a while to listen if it is too noisy for you.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they are normally very quick to respond. We had an issue with a crate collection and they were very helpful with this problem!
Unbearable noise above railway line, too expensive. Nice flat otherwise
Mass was a good property manager, they put a lot of effort into socials etc but we weren’t really interested in anything they put on. Lots of people seemed to have issues with the property management, we didn’t have too many issues but we didn’t contact them often. Repairs we asked for were completed timely.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Nice and close to Canning Town station, but being right above a railway it was unbearable noisy with no air con so windows had to be open!
Nice flat but too expensive for what it is
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The railway was too noisy! The people are generally nice but everyone feels like they’re getting ripped off financially
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Things were dealt with no problems when they came up. Which was only once or twice
Overall good, some small bits are disappointing
There’s no additional facilities other than a communal area, which I think is a shame. Design is modern, but feels tiny bit outdated. My window handle was broken when I moved in and it’s still not fixed ( 01/09 move in), which is worrying given that winter is approaching. I say that’s very disappointing.

Lots of fast food restaurants ( McD, KFC, Domino’s, Subway, etc.) as well as kebab shops. Big Morrisons, decent size co-op and 24h off license supermarket nearby. 5 minutes walk to canning town Station.
Newham is somewhat less safe than others districts, so there seems to be more anti-social behaviours. Can’t really open window as the main road is too loud.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The dogs upstairs can be a little loud (running around)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The emails are fast, but the actions are not always fast.
All you need, plus tons of fun
I am not a professional builder or designer, but I can give my personal opinion. In my personal opinion this building is great, it is not too pretentious and therefore not overly expensive, but it also has all the attributes necessary for a comfortable life, and even more
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The good aspects in this place, is that there are no bad aspects, except the recently price raise, but even here I can’t blame them, we live in such a time

My friend and I have already lived in FIZZY before, but in a different area, at the moment, FIZZY was our best experience in life, related to renting a home.
What I did not expect is that table tennis is so much fun, but here it is right in the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had several problems with certain aspects of the apartment, this happens always and everywhere, and most importantly, the landlord quickly and efficiently contacted the right people to correct the shortcomings

Fizzy Canning Town – great for commuting!
Fizzy Canning Town is lovely, it feels very safe despite being on a busy road! This is mostly because of the multiple key entry needed to get into the building. The communal space is well designed and looks like a hotel more than an apartment building. The art is a nice touch and normally everywhere is clean. The garden is really nice, not often busy and it’s good to get outside in London without crowds! We’ve had some amazing ‘bobs’ who look after us and make sure we are happy, Serina for example went above and beyond and it makes a huge difference!

Canning Town is the perfect commuter area, on both the DLR & the Jubilee line, you can get to central London in less than 20 minutes. There are lots of fast food places to eat (McDonalds, KFC, Subway etc) but I wish there were more restaurants/cafes. Would highly recommend Pepenero‘s, a cute Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk from the station! Parking is pretty good, and not too expensive considering the amazing travel routes, there’s recently been a big Morrisons’s open which is really handy, but there’s a huge Tesco and other stores a 10 min drive away. It can get quite noisy and it’s by a main road, but the doors & windows are really good at keeping the noise out. Super close to the Blackwall Tunnel which is handy for travelling to Surrey/South East.

I would let people know about the garden, we didn’t know about it until we’d lived here a few weeks and it’s lovely!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had an issue with our blind breaking and someone was able to come and fix it the next day which was great as it was during the heatwave! The repairs team are really friendly and often very quick.
Amazing location and well equipped apartments
Management is amazing – very approachable and on top of things. Always willing to help
The design of the common areas are amazing for students/ those working from home. Love the drinks & snacks bar for residents too.
Only thing I would pick out on is that the hallways get a little stuffy – especially when it gets warmer and there doesn’t seem to be much ventilation

The tube station is literally a minute walk away, with a massive grocery store right opposite as well as an Asian grocery store. Lovely views of the O2 from the balcony
We used to have an issue with the bin room but again management have been on top of things. Everytime I walk into the bin room, it doesn’t smell, it is clean and bins are regularly taken out
Apartments are super well equipped with appliances and massive wardrobe spaces for each room. Love the fact that they offer a lot of storage space
Only downside is that because it is next to the tube station, when my windows are open I do hear the trains go by frequently
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I had known how convenient it is to live here! Hard to come by a place right next to the tube station and has a massive grocery stores nearby
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very prompt responses and they do try their best to improve any issues tenants face
I love Fizzy Canning Town
1st floor garden+lake, great facilities, great communication with building management and property management. I like that it is pet friendly, gas great transport links, I love my 2 bed flat, balcony, storage, laundry room, ensuite bathroom and main bathroom with bath.

Parking, bin collection, pet-friendly, close to Canning Town station, great transport links, great gym 1 min away
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that the gym was this great. It’s in the same complex as the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded promptly and very fast. Issues are usually fixed within 1 week.
Highly satisfy!
I like the fourth floor public room area for dogs to chill with my friends in an outdoor area.
Also the locker room for parcel is good.
Recently, the cleaningness of pubic area is excellent! Shout out to the cleaning staff!
Last but not least, if parking is available will be perfect.

Shops near by is available yet not enough. Maybe after the development in near by area is complete, things will be more available.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not really.
I can’t think of anything in particular.
Parking options maybe..
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Could be better I understand there are many tenants in this building, yet my respond rate from site manager is a bit slow
