hi, this development is not dog-friendly at all. it is not like what it describes on its website and advertisement. the first-floor garden does not allow dogs or cats in, which very disappoints us. we have to walk our dog outside every evening and its not very safe outside at night, which brings huge inconvenience to our life. the flat facility is very old with a small fridge.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
very very slow. the current building manager mass is very good, but the previous one was very unprofessional.
Good experience until…
The building is basic but tick all the boxes. Overall had a good experience living there until I moved out end of January. It took overall a month to get my security deposit back. And till today, despite countless chases, still did not get the utility credit refund, which is hundreds of pounds worth. Very disappointing.

Really good location in terms of commute. Although not much happening in the local area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Still waiting to hear back on utility credit refund after over two months.
flats are ok but with constant issues (intercom/lift/no hot water etc)
Design of the flat is nice but we too often do not have hot water or are blocked outside of our flat as the intercom does not work and we have to wait outside the system restart before being able to access out flat again. This happen almost every week sometimes.

like the design of the flat but dislike all issues which comes with it. some issues had been here for more than a year now and nothing looks to be improving.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
neighbour is under developement and can be perceived as unsafe especially if you are a women. Flat price increase massively from one year to another and neighbours leave after a year so it ia hard to get to know each other.
Fizzy used to get better
1. not too far from station, flat with good standard but poor services provided, repairs takes too long and price too high in comparison to market which makes flat to poor value.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
bad service in stead of premium service and price was of a good value 5 years ago and became overpriced
