Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area exceeds my expectations! There are numerous supermarket (Savers, Lidl, Morrisons, Co-Op, Tian Tian Market) Gyms (Fitness4Less, The Gym Group) and general food/drink nearby! Not only that, Canning Town is a 5 minute walk, and a bus stop right in front of the property. It’s amazing! I like being in a busy street because it makes me feel much safer at night with little alleyways etc. The only downside I’d say is availability of parking, but we do pay an additional fee (quite expensive!) every month to park in the basement of the property.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We raised a ticket about our bathroom extractor fan not being turned on around 9pm and Paul from the management team replied at 7am the next morning. Insanely quick and helped us locate the switch by mid afternoon! The turnover was so impressive and he even helped us explain a few other questions we had about the flat. I’m so happy with this service!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good: - Great building management - Quick and efficient customer service (Shout out to Samson & Paul) - Modern apartment - So close to transport (CT station, bus stations etc) - Supermarket, gym and food options galore!!! Bad: - Minimal / Expensive parking - Potentially noisy in certain apartments facing the motorway (luckily ours doesn’t so not bad)

Lots of nice local shops, new developments, local shops, fantastic transport links, very pet friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick. Very happy with services from Anu. Maintenance responds fast.

Nothing really everything was clear. Anu did a fantastic job with the viewing and following up information. Couldn’t have been better!

Living in the Fizzy Rathbone Market area has been a generally positive experience. One of the standout advantages is the excellent connectivity – with Canning Town Station just a short walk away, commuting into Central London or Canary Wharf is quick and convenient. The area also benefits from a variety of local amenities including supermarkets, takeaways, and a growing selection of cafés and independent shops that add to the community feel. The development itself feels secure and well-maintained, and there’s a good mix of residents which brings a sense of diversity and vibrancy to the neighbourhood. It’s also great to see continuous regeneration in and around Rathbone Market which is improving the overall appeal of the area. Overall, it’s a practical and well-connected place to live, especially for young professionals and families.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and helpful whenever any issues have come up. Minor problems like lighting, plumbing, or furniture-related repairs have been handled promptly — thanks in large part to Paul, who is incredibly skilled and reliable. He often goes above and beyond to ensure things are fixed quickly and properly, which really makes a difference in daily living. The communication from the management team is generally clear, and they’ve been approachable whenever assistance is needed. Having such dependable support on-site brings real peace of mind.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much care and attention goes into the building’s maintenance and day-to-day operations. It really adds to the sense of ease and comfort when you live here. Another pleasant surprise was the first-floor garden space — it’s a peaceful, green retreat that’s perfect for taking a break, reading a book, or enjoying some fresh air. For new neighbours, I’d also suggest making use of the parcel locker system and getting to know the on-site team early — they’re friendly, helpful, and make settling in feel seamless. It’s small touches like these that turn a modern flat into a real home.

Station is really close and good connected. Area is nice and has many stores and grocery shops. Traffic noise not a big issue for me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded in really short notice and booked repair appointment the next day. Paul who came to fix our leaking was super polite and friendly and he did job really well and quick, with fixing any additional things we reported.

The best part of living at Fizzy East16 is the convenience to local shops and great connections to the Jubilee line and the DLR

Maintenance team are exceptional, friendly and always on hand to help. Recently Paul has been especially helpful providing fast support even on weekends
