The apartment development is very well managed, from the move in, which was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve moved 8 times in 8 years) they ensured I had all possible information for the move in and for setup. Having everything setup for utilities & internet was an incredible time saver and also meant not having to wory about it.
The Property management team go above and beyond and have been in regular communication via email and phone with the tenants to ensure everyone is safe and well during the COVID-19 outbreak.
I really cannot rate them highly enough. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained at all times.

Area is a 5 minute walk to canning town station, far enough from the mainroad that although excellent transport, is quiet and peaceful within the apartment.
Plenty of shops & restaurants are a short walk away with more options being a ten minute tube ride away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good: So much is taken care of in-terms of setup, more than I was aware of when doing initial viewing, including temp passes for parking when required
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
More storage space in the apartment & larger freezer
Best property manager in London
Cons – Design –
The design of the building is quite poor, sound travels very easily between apartments both on the floor your own and from above and below you.
The kitchen only has a small fridge with a single draw freezer. Meaning for those looking to work remote it’s very limited.
The layout of the Kitchen doesn’t allow for easy heat disappation the fridge being packed into a fitted kitchen cupboard meaning it heats up quite often.
In the summer months it is not easy to cool down the apartment and regularly reached 30+ degrees and in the winter the full window balcony is a massive drain of heat, and with only basic blinds.
Pros:
The property management is first class, beyond any of the places I’ve lived in London, and alone has been the reason I’ve continued to live here. Serina, has been of great help during the pandemic, and keeps all resisdents updated with all useful news about the Apartments. Serina is always going above and beyond what I would expect of a property manager.

Cons – Overall Canning town is not an ideal place to spend a pandemic, there are limited green spaces and largely a lot of takeaways. The place is very noisy.
Pros – Should you need to there is the Canning Tube station less than 5 minute walk away and secure car & bike parking beneath the building
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How noisy the place would be and how hot the place would be in summer.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The noise/soundproofing, the aparment is very noisy there are two main roads either side of the apartment, and the flooring/walls carry the noise from other apartments, especially with everyone working remotely.
Great place to live.
Lovely neighbours and a lovely shared garden. It really feels like home. The Bob is amazing and faults and repairs are sorted super quickly. The flats with a balcony are the best as they feel very roomy. It would be nice to be closer to a big open green space, but you can’t have it all!
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Transport is fantastic and so is the range of restaurants on deliveroo (which in lockdown is fairly important)!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is a huge difference in terms of noise depending on if you get a flat facing the overpass or the high street. The latter is perfect and the former is quite loud.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had an issue with the shower and it was fixed the same day. The heating issue took longer, but it was a more complex issue and over Christmas, so that’s to be expected.

My flat, my spot
I live in this development since more then 3 years and If I could I would never leave my flat. Everything looks always new and clean. There is an impressive communication with our property management! Serina is the best, always available and wondering about all the residents and always trying to make us smile even those difficult times.

With Morrison open very close by the quality of the shop went up, plus the market just outside the front door is very interesting. The short walk to the underground jubilee line is just what everyone needs. Barking Road is always vibrant, never get tired of it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bills included and reconciliation, pet friendly and property management in hose.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
If there is a thing I would like to change is the fridges some flats have, quite small.
Fizzy canning town
Simple and cool design, nice and spacious appartments, underground parking and a big bin room with recycling, window cleaner and lockers for parcels.
Cleaning and sanitizer are up to standart with our needs during the pandemic.
Building management very attentive and quick to help you with anything.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Very good location next to the tube station and bus stop connected to all London.
Supermarkets, restaurants and shops close by and new businesses oppening up soon
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No surprises here, everything was seen and talked about at the viewing
What is the best feature of your home:
Best feature has to be the location, close to transport and supermarkets
Loveliest flat I’ve lived in in London
Excellent design and facilities. Our bob is always ready and keen to help.
To improve, the building could offer a gym and a bigger communal garden area. But overall the building is excellent.
Comfy and warm, modern design, and available Bob and maintenance team.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The Canning Town underground and DLR station are a 5 minute walk away. Excellent transport links on your doorstep.
The building is situated on a market square which is rarely noisy or busy at night. The building also offers parking and hun storage.
The only downside to Canning Town is local shops availability. Whilst there is a post office, coop and Morrison’s on your door step, the area could benefit from more small shops and restaurants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To be aware that there are no lovely local shops in the area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Prompt and helpful responses. Every time I’ve had an issue or needed help, our Bob was helpful and keen to help.
Most convenient accommodation in Canning Town
The building is always clean, and the flat is airy and modern. I love the wide balcony design as it offers plenty of space and privacy.
Serina the building concierge is absolutely fantastic and I’m impressed with how quickly maintenance arrive to fix issues, even in lock down.
The fact they’re pet friendly is fantastic too.

5 minutes from Canning Town tube station, and the walk always feels safe even at night with plenty of lighting, fellow commuters and people going in and out the 24 hour gym.
The Co-op just round the corner is super convenient for when you run out of milk, and the big Morrison’s is only a 5 minute walk away for your main shop.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Victoria Docks just down the road is awesome in Summer, and the Pizza bus place is incredible
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The bins could be taken emptied more often, and it can be a chore having guests use the car park.
Fantastic Fizzy
The property management is great and our Bob, Serina, is exceptionally lovely. We have a weekly email from her and occasional little treats. She is always smiley and seems genuinely happy to help.
The Fizzy garden is really nice. It has grass, wooden decking and a little feature and pond.
The block is well designed. It seems open and spacious and doesn’t seem to hold the smell of everyone’s cooking unlike many other apartment blocks.
The community feeling is lovely. This is in part due to the Fizzy App. I feel very safe and at home here.

Fizzy Canning Town is on a bustling typical London high street with fantastic transport links. It’s 15 mins from London Bridge on the Jubalee Line and has a range of diverse restaurants and cuisine right on the door step. There is a co-op and big Morrisons fewer than 4 minutes walk away.
Although Fizzy Canning Town has a lovely shared garden, there aren’t a huge number of open green spaces compared with other areas of London.
There is traffic noise of you have a flat overlooking the overpass, but if you face the garden or the main road then the noise is limited and the windows are very well sound proofed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how much quieter it would have been if I’d got a flat that did not overlook the overpass.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
In a magical world I would move my flat closer to green outdoor spaces and the river.
Highly recommend Fizzy Canning Town!
Great experience overall. Building manager works miracles finding missing parcels and resolving any issues that come up! Moving in was also a great experience as they let me arrive early and was able to pull the moving truck right up to the door to unload. The area is great for a quick commuting around and I generally feel safe. Generally good facilities in the flats.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Great transport links and options for grocery shopping in close proximity. Close to noisy highway but the windows block out the sound when closed. Not too many restaurants around nor pubs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As a new comer to London I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Video tours allowed me to choose the flat when I was unable to visit and it turned out bigger than expected!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Supportive management quickly resolved any issues that came up.
Positive vibes :)
Design and facilities are good, small communal garden is an incredible touch, particularly during COVID lockdown. Entire building is kept clean, available parking is a great advantage. I can not even express how pleased we are with our agent Serina Maiolo. She is one of the most kind people we have ever met. Always very helpful, if there is any issue in the flat, it will be rectified in no time. my partner and myself agreed, that no agency before looked after us so well.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Transport links in this area are good. Area around our flat is amazing too but it’s a shame that the rest of the Canning town area is not more developed. Morrisons shopping center is only behind the corner however I do believe that some nice restaurants are missing here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Great accommodation for the price; would appreciate more cafeterias/bars/restaurants in the area
What is the best feature of your home:
Very big terrace and open kitchen, full of huge windows
