The apartment development is very well managed, from the move in, which was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve moved 8 times in 8 years) they ensured I had all possible information for the move in and for setup. Having everything setup for utilities & internet was an incredible time saver and also meant not having to wory about it.
The Property management team go above and beyond and have been in regular communication via email and phone with the tenants to ensure everyone is safe and well during the COVID-19 outbreak.
I really cannot rate them highly enough. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained at all times.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Area is a 5 minute walk to canning town station, far enough from the mainroad that although excellent transport, is quiet and peaceful within the apartment.
Plenty of shops & restaurants are a short walk away with more options being a ten minute tube ride away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good: So much is taken care of in-terms of setup, more than I was aware of when doing initial viewing, including temp passes for parking when required
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
More storage space in the apartment & larger freezer
5 Rathbone Market
Serina our Bob is amazing! She is helpful, friendly, warm and helps to sort out any flat issues you might have.
The development is always clean and tidy. The neighbours are exceptionally friendly and the communal garden with a water feature is a lovely place to spend time in.
Try and get a flat facing the high street and not the over pass, as the latter is very noisy!

The area has everything you’d need and expect from a London high street. It is also close to the Thames and a speedy commute into central London.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Try and get a home facing the street and not the over pass. The latter is very noisy!
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home would be the sense of space and feeling of safety.
Overall good
Internet router ports are located near the entrance, which is far away from living room – poor wifi coverage in the house. Good design, spacious rooms and easily accessible location. Very good building management and friendly team.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Good location, design and spacious flats. A bit noisy from the highway just next to the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Poor wifi coverage because of internet port location
What is the best feature of your home:
Spacious living room and balcony. Good kitchen. Well maintained bathrooms.
A great place to live
Design is good, warm and cozy. Lifts are fast too.
Great appliances.
Serina is always willing help us. She will never say no.
The property is very spacious so I would like to have more built in storage. Fridge and freezer can be larger too. Since the flat faces the highway road, it can be a bit noisy.

Likes- near to station, many shops nearby
Dislikes – would like to have more security

What is the best feature of your home:
Spacious apartment, great facilities, very good property manager who is always willing to help
Love Fizzy Canning Town
The layout has been really thought out, with little touches in the kitchen making for really smart design. The building is warm and friendly, with a great outdoor courtyard. We love that the building is pet friendly, so we could get a kitten during lockdown. Walls are thick so you rarely, if ever, hear noise from the rest of the building. Getting mail and packages has been seamless. Our BOB, Serina, is the real star though – she knows everything there is to know about the building, and is SO responsive and lovely, which is worth its weight in gold in London!

Being super close to the Canning Town station is such a brilliant location – we’re also around the corner from a great eco-park (for walks!) and a massive, new Morrisons (for snacks).
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Moving in was a little tricky since the elevators are passenger ones, but we were able to park really close to the front doors, which made things easier.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I wish pets were allowed in the courtyard – although this might be under review.
Cozy flat, amazing location
Design is often being updated throughout the building with various decoration works that happen regularly, maintenance works to the garden and other areas. Only issue is the bin area that feels kind of neglected and not the most pleasant or clean. Flat itself is cozy and very comfortable to be in, serves very well especially in recent months during lockdown. Our onsite manager is very helpful and positive.

The local area is amazing with tube station nearby and other amenities like post office, various restaurants and shops. It’s very easy to get to Stratford, Canary Wharf and central London.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Balcony gets very messy with leaves and heavy dust if you’re in the flat facing the market square. Daily cleaning required during the summer months to be able to enjoy.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The fact that the rent goes up every time you renew your contract, making it less affordable with every year. I wish there was also an option to sign a longer tenancy agreement than just for 12 months.
Feeling at home
We have only recently moved and we are extremely happy and satisfied with our new home. We are specially impressed with the building manager Serina that has been not only a delight to meet but has assisted us through our move and settling in a timely and helfull maner.
The building is located near all the necesary amenities and is spacious bright and with beautiful views of the city as well greatly equiped and maintained.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The building is excelently located with facilities, shops and transport near by. The appartment is very bright and airy with beautiful views and despite the noisy road near by it is sound proofed suficiently not to be heard all the time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I believe it is impossible to really know how noisy the appartment can get once the windows are open as the trafic has normal fluctuations depending on the time of day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any issues so far but I am happy to report all the repairs requested were almost immediate and those not fixed were appropriately explained.
Well maintained and well managed building
The building itself is very well maintained given the age and the property manager (Serina) is beyond excellent. She made the move in much less stressful and helped answer any queries we had regarding our flat. She is always quick to reply and her enthusiasm is infectious (in a good way!). Parcels and deliveries are also handled well, despite not having a dedicated parcel/post room which other larger complexes may have, they have parcel cupboards to securely store parcels for pick up.

Situated in a very convenient area, very close to the post office, two supermarkets, tube station etc.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The property manager sends out weekly email updates to all the residents which gives a very nice community feel.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
A shower with more power and pressure,. The shower works fine but is on the very weak side.
Excellent! I wouls definitely refer fizzy to a friend.
I would without a doubt will recommend this place to a friend or anybody really. The building and facilities are well maintained, management has been excellent plus with the Bob on site our inquiries, house repairs, and various needs has been met without a hassle.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
I especially like the place where it is located because shops, train stationa and groceries, basically all we need are all just a walk away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We never bothered with the Bob on site before we moved in but now it is one of those things that we really appreciate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management in general has been swift with the issues and problems we have raised. They were sorted out almost immediately.
Nice and cosy – but that’s not even the best part!
Building wise: the flats are modern and cozy. There’s nothing not to like. But if you think this is the best part, just wait for it!
Fizzy is not just a building with an exceptional property management service, but a proper home with friends at your doorstep.
Especially this year, which has been tough for everyone, I have been completely overwhelmed by Fizzy’s random acts of kindness and support. They’re so full of surprises. I work for the NHS, and one day I received a hamper by the post with a thank you note for my service as a midwife during the pandemic. I can’t tell how much it warmed my heart, in these times of fear and uncertainty.
Another day, my daughter was delighted by the random visit of a Disney Princess (our BoB Serina really goes the extra mile!), who was waiting at the door with a present, a baloon and a chocolate. All to make Fizzy’s children lives a bit happier!
The Fizzy community brought us the best of friends and paw friends too (our doggie Gandalf has a few girlfriends around the building). After living in both Fizzy Stepney Green and Fizzy Canning Town, I can honestly say that: home is where Fizzy is.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Canning Town is developing and improving every single day. Everything we need is at our doorstep. Also, as parents, it’s extremely convinent to have amazing nurseries and parks within walking distance
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I am entirely honest: I wish I had known about Fizzy before having rented other places that didn’t allow me to have a dog. We waited three years until we found somewhere that not only allowed it but also welcomed and spoiled pets! If you want to live somewhere nice and have/bring a paw friend, this is THE place.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of all, for me, is that it’s a really spacious flat with the best living conditions to raise a toddler and clumsy pug. We couldn’t have our dog in most of the modern buildings in London, and Fizzy allowed us to have that possibility. Gandalf is now a lucky and happy dog that the entire building knows and cuddles!

Happy, Loved, Safe, Home Forever
Property management is managed to the highest standard. We feel safe, secure, understood and we have a reliable communication link between our property manger Serina to resolve any issues which is appreciated within our flat and building. Timely resolved and always followed up with care and concern and always delivers.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Close amenities. Easy access to tube and other amenities including Morrison’s and Coop. Quick walks to parks and other local attractions. Great transport links. Gym close by and restaurants.
Dislike the noise from the road at times. Sometimes rubbish is in the market square which can be a nuisance due to the wind on weekends.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just wish I knew how hot the flats would get in summer.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
It would be lovely to have air conditioning during the hot months. A bigger freezer would be lovely too.
