Lovely community, great building, the pool is amazing and I love living in South Key. Amenities and tube are super close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've been quick to resolve problems if anything's wrong.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could have pets and sometimes the building is a bit noisy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is close to Canary Wharf, shops, restaurants. Also near to Greenwich Park. Negatively you can hear Dlr noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not timely manner. I been asking about issues and I get different answers from different people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t know about short stays. They have unfortunately negative impact to long stays. Many times they broke building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Canary Wharf is a great place to live in London: safe, clean, very well connected with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and places to hangout.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As in any building, problems and incidents happen, but the team is receptive and implements measures to solve the problem and prevent it from happening again.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the app when I moved in, it too me almost a month to figure out about its existence. It’s where all events are posted and we learn about updates or raise concerns if something needs fixing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. Bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Good transport links with DLR, tube, and Elizabeth line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have always had quick responses when I have had any query or maintenance issue.

Make sure you download the Ark app to hear about events.

Very new and clean, transport near the building A lot of events Nice friendly staff Safety is pretty goo

Very helpful and quick , respond within less than 12 hours

Location is a little bit to far from centre and other areas
