We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Great development. The best in London ! Great service especially Ibrahim Alamin always helpful and always gives us a 5* service. The Skypool is unique. Such a great place to live. So central. Everyone in the development is so friendly and the staff is excellent.

The management excels with a wide range of activities. Tower F's exceptional cleanliness is attributed to Claudia, who is always attentive and friendly, ensuring an impeccable environment. However, bathroom and closet design leave much to be desired. The ongoing construction work and increasing homeless population are also notable concerns.

Worst thing is the facilities and the management. Lifts, internet, steam rooms don't work. Sky pool rented out for external use even when tenants are paying for the service. Absolutely no avenue to complain about anything. I've never experienced a development like it. Outrageously mis-managed, and they simply don't understand the complaints, or just don't care.

Worse management team. If you have a leak, water, supply, heating or cooling issue, prepare to live with it for the rest of your stay. Disrespectful concierge too. Don’t even greet residents or guests. We currently have a heatwave. Haven't had any water supply for the whole day. The cooling system is giving out 31C air due to thermostat malfunction. On top of that we just had a leak for 5 months. In the months of December and January, we had no heating because of a problem with the software of the HIU.

Absolute shambles - you pay top notch for facilities and end up with steam rooms that are out of service for over half a year, sky pools you cant use as they have been sold off to film crews and on top of that you have to listen to all these passive aggressive announcements from an incompetent management that try and tell the residents how they should behave. You can't achieve a luxury environment if the service you offer is budget to say the least.
