The redevelopment around Battersea Power Station has transformed the area into a vibrant destination for shopping, dining and entertainment, with a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés right on your doorstep.

Moda Embassy Boulevard offers modern living, great amenities, green spaces, and excellent transport! Afnan, Tom, and Shae made the stay even better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

we did not have any problems but the staff told us to let them know if we have any issues.

our whole stay was amazing, cant fault anything. it exceeded our expectations

The area is safe, having the American embassy close by and other residential buildings means I can walk alone without worry

Whenever an issue is raised through the app, the maintenance team always attend

I wish I knew about the area a bit more, when I moved in I was confused on where to go

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We had no issues with the area at all, just a 5-minute walk to Nine Elms or Battersea Power Station, which was so convenient for our daily commute into Central London. The development itself is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of shops, supermarkets, and cafes. Plus, there's a Pilates studio just a few steps away, which was a real bonus!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

no issues so far, however its helpful to have a 24h concierge as if we had any problems we can raise them quickly

Everything is good, although the location is sometimes tricky to find on maps.
