Area is very good. Especially silent and safe. Shopping mall is very close. Good transfer alternatives here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Up up up. Everything is excellent excellent. They made my life very easy compared to last years experience in another building.

There isnt anything, the team told me everything before I moved in.

I like that the area is safe and modern. Battersea is upcoming and I like the Waitrose supermarket. It is convinient

The building staff were helpful and assisted with anything we needed

The local area of Battersea - there are many things to explore there

The neighborhood is vibrant, charming and very convenient. There are many restaurants and interesting shops. There is nearby construction and roadwork which is obviously temporary.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response time to the minor issue we had was prompt and very attentive. The staff at Moda Embassy certainly provides a five-star experience!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The videos did not convey that the gym was not completed yet.

While the parking situation can be challenging, I recognise that it's beyond the developer's control and is primarily influenced by the mayor's Greener London initiative.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised. Everything was perfect

I wish I would had known about Moda Living way before.
