Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A variety of shops and open spaces. Close to bus stops and train stations. Not much parking and some traffic noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the higher up you are, the more the building creaks. I didn't know it was supposed to.

What is the best feature of your home:

I absolutely love the floor to ceiling windows. It opens up the space and makes it feel more relaxed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Canary has been quite good with lately opening of wood wharf and new places to eat like dishroom, Gail’s etc. Plenty of options around Elizabeth line entrance as well. Traffic noise is rarely a disturbance but some bin collections during the weekend can be annoying. Kids facilities are around the corner but we never hear any noise. During festive seasons car sounds become quite loud like everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually we are able to reach out and address the concern to the agent pretty quickly but takes some time to confirm if the issue gonna be resolved. Agency assists with sending contractors outside of work hours case by case basis.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Apartments are located in quite a windy area so as much as I enjoy the fascinating modern buildings whole area from the bridge to the development is super windy.

The team are fantastic and genuinely want to make sure you are happy, we got to chose our paint colours and input on the curtains. You don't ask you don't get!
