The development is well designed inside.

The development is well designed inside. I do think leasing at this price the studio space offered is on the small side. It is congested and I would not recommend you to live in if you are preparing to have lots of self-owned furnitures, luggages. It does have lots of storage space though. If you live in one of the corner flats, it has huge noise on windy days, especially on high floors. The management team is nice. The heating system in the building occasionally went off and causes really huge trouble. They do have nice maintenance team who tackle the issues, but it could take days for the heating to recovered.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is convenient in general. Its entrance faces the outlets and basically you walk out of the building and can go to various outlets shops. It is 4mins walk to tesco, 10mins walk to Amazon fresh, 3mins walk to prets, 13-15mins walk to tube station, 3mins walk to bus stop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded to my problems timely. It is convenient normally you can find their staffs at reception to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would know the one studio space at this price is small. I also not recommend living in top floors in a corner flat, as it has loud wind noise in windy weather. The heating system sometimes went off in the building.

Great place

I enjoy living at Dandi, the quality is great and I’ve always had any issues dealt with quickly. The amenities are a huge bonus. The only downside for me is the value for money is not a lot, but I think that’s more of a London issue than a Dandi issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve lived in Wembley for the last 5 years and enjoy every moment. Its super accessible and you can get pretty much anywhere in London easily. It feels very safe. Only downside is football matches as then there are lots of rowdy men.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond quite quickly and it’s dealt with almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Staff have access to your flats and will enter if you don’t answer. A cleaning person walked in while I was sleeping so I had to purchase a separate lock which I can use while I’m inside to make sure people can’t get in while I’m not ready.

Good place to live

The team is amazing! They're all so nice, helpful and polite. The design of the property is amazing! But you can see that it is not completely new anymore- some things are damaged or scratched. The gym unfortunately is not well equipped and really small

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wembley Park is a really nice, quiet, safe and clean area. I just miss green spaces. It's well connected via Tube.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always try to find a solution. The app is also really helpful for that.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing I wish I had known before moving in.

I really like the design

I really like the design, the studios are small but designed in a really nice way - lots of storage for example. The working space and the lounge are also beautifully designed. The facilities are generally good - but sometimes they are maintained late. For example, some lifts are out of service for a long time, or one of the laundries not working. The people working in Dandi are super nice though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's a lot of shops and groceries around, there are a few gyms closeby, almost everything you need. There are 3 stations nearby: Wembley Park, Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium, which are usually quick and easy to get into the city. The only issue is on the event days it gets really crowded and it's difficult to use the tube/trains. Also it might get a bit noisy at nights, but usually it's on the weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues with my flat usually gets fixed within a few days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The utility bills (especially in winter) can be really high.
