Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Stratford is generally a very good area to live in. It has excellent transport links with several underground and rail lines. Our favourite is the Elizabeth Line - it is new, comfortable and, in our opinion, the cleanest. There is also a large shopping centre nearby with a wide variety of shops, so everything you might need is close at hand. The area itself is divided into New Stratford and Old Stratford. We live in New Stratford and feel very comfortable and safe here. Old Stratford feels more mixed and sometimes less safe, but overall our experience living here has been very positive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a great experience with the maintenance staff during our move-in, especially Val. He was extremely helpful and quickly resolved all minor issues we noticed when entering the new apartment. He also assisted us with the equipment and made sure everything was working properly. Val was very fast, professional, polite, and well-organized. All our questions and requests were handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. We truly appreciate his support - the entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his excellent work.

Overall, the viewing process was clear and we felt that everything was explained well before we moved in. One thing that would have been helpful to know in advance is that if you want to book certain shared spaces or private rooms within the building, this comes at an additional cost. At the same time, all common areas provided by the building are free to use, which is great. Another small practical point is storage: the wardrobe is quite spacious, but it is not internally organised, so you may need to buy additional shelves or organisers. This is not a major issue, but it was a bit challenging at the beginning, as we moved in with four suitcases and organising a completely empty wardrobe took some time.

We have recently moved into the area and our first impressions are largely positive. The neighbourhood feels welcoming and community-focused, with good access to local amenities such as shops, schools, public transport, and green spaces. We have found people to be friendly and supportive, which has helped us settle in more easily. As we are still new, there are some challenges we are adjusting to, such as learning the local services and transport routes, and at times the area can be busy or noisy. However, these are normal aspects of moving somewhere new, and overall we feel the positives outweigh the negatives. We are hopeful that, as we become more established, we will continue to feel more connected and settled in the community.

One thing we wish we had known more about before moving in is the parking arrangements. While everything was explained, it is something that becomes clearer once you are actually living here. My tip to new neighbours would be to familiarise themselves early with the parking rules and options available, as this makes settling in much easier overall.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living right next to Westfield with everything you need within a 5 minute walk, including Stratford station which is just around the corner. The building is well-isolated and we are not looking out to the public street but a quiet courtyard. We are right next to the Olympic park which is great but will have to deal with some road closures due to big events of course.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most of the issues that are immediately solvable have been handled very quickly by maintenance, making the experience efficient and nice. With other issues it has been hard to even get a timeline of when things will be resolved. Eg our bin store didn’t work and Managment kept saying it did or that there was nothing to do about it for now, which meant there was a period where we had a hard time getting rid of our trash.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We couldn’t see every apartment before moving in, and it’s important to view especially if you take the furnished apartments. Even after you have signed an initial deposit, as every apartment can be slightly different.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being right on the side of the Westfield is a convenience I never knew I needed. We have several supermarkets and restaurants just within 5 minutes away. And if somehow what we’re looking for isn’t here we’re only a minute away from Stratford tube station which is very well connected to all areas of London. So while we’ve moved further away from central London, we feel more connected than ever before.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we’ve raised are usually sorted within the same day or the next day if it’s not possible. This is far better than my previous development where it can take weeks. The guys are super reliable and are kind to my dog who loves to bark at them! Thanks Paul for fixing my bathroom lights so quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I should have signed for 18 months instead of 12 so that my rent won’t go up so soon! We love it here
