Great location with excellent transportation links and proximity to green spaces, shops and restaurants. However, parking is costly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Valdiney and groundskeepers always respond quickly to any maintenance requests and have always resolved them in my experience. They are very polite and easy to deal with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments aren't air-conditioned so it can get quite hot in the summer!

The good: great transport links, plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping options and also presence of security. The bad: very busy at all times, particularly when West Ham play at home

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge team are highly responsive to requests

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management team are unable to accommodate requests for furniture removal (ie removing bed from a second room so that it can be used as an office).

Coppermaker Square benefits from an excellent local area with a strong mix of convenience, amenities and open space. Westfield Stratford City is a short walk away and offers a wide range of high quality shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. There are also good independent cafes and eateries nearby, along with access to large open spaces such as Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which is ideal for walking, running and outdoor activities. Transport links are a major strength, with Stratford Station providing fast and frequent connections via the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, Overground and National Rail, making commuting across London and beyond very straightforward. The immediate street environment feels well managed and safe, with minimal traffic noise, regular bin collections and little to no anti-social behaviour. Parking is controlled, which helps keep the area tidy and calm

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded to any issues raised in a timely and professional manner. Communication is clear and queries are acknowledged promptly, with solutions implemented efficiently. On site staff and the management team are approachable and proactive, which helps prevent small issues from escalating. Overall, there is a strong sense that the building is well managed, with resident experience taken seriously and problems dealt with effectively

Getting to know the concierge and management team early is a big plus, as they’re very approachable and helpful if you ever need support or local recommendations

There are no bad aspects. All transport is under 5 minutes walk, the super markets & the park are all so convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly through the app which is what I’d expect from a building of this calibre. The important part is that the service is high quality. This is what makes living here important. Other places respond quickly but the work completed is not thorough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All good. Every time I raise a ticket the response it urgent. Paul came on a Saturday and did an outstanding job and completed multiple things, even when he was only tasked with doing one. He went above and beyond what was asked and stayed late to get the jobs finished rather than pushing them back till Monday. Jose has also visited my apartment multiple times and hung my tv and helped me with furniture to make my apartment homely. Both of them have excellent attitudes and I’m grateful to have them help me.
