Apartments are located just by the entrance of the shopping mall and the Stratford train station with excellent and fast connections to central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues are investigated/ solved within 48h, no issue is left unsolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To not sign in for Homebox, that company causes a lot of headaches.

Westfield is right at the doorstep, which has a M&S and Waitrose inside (
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Pretty quickly + to our satisfaction. Maintenance issues have all been addressed within at most a couple of hours, and we've always had email responses from the on-site team pretty much within the hour & any issues raised addressed swiftly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Neutral/negatives: Heating/cooling provider is the same across development/can't be changed + could have slightly lower standing charge. Positives: A lot higher convenience from amenities/transport links than we expected before moving in. Also, a lot more green space than we thought (Olympic park is

the view is really important so ensure you know your view before moving in!

Stratford is not the best area but Coppermaker is very conveniently placed in the middle of everything in Stratford, you are literally 3 min walk from the nearest M&S and there are asian supermarket, etc nearby!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good, some problems can’t be helped like my signing to the app but overall good. Sai is a very great receptionist especially when she helps us during move in and explaining everything when we just got to Coppermaker. Very informative also. I hope every receptionist can be like her

the agent to give map of coppermaker and the development plans in the next 2 years
