Fantastic location! Everything you need is right on your doorstep — Westfield is just moments away, and with the train station nearby you can reach anywhere in London within 20 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A special shout-out to the onsite team — from reception and maintenance to the cleaning staff, everyone is polite, helpful and always happy to assist. The maintenance team in particular are consistently on hand, tackling every request with a great sense of humour and urgency. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A big thank you to Paul, Ciprian, Monika and Val!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good aspects: Great location, Great Facilities, Generally friendly staff (Koldo is very kind, always doing his work professionally, and always helpful, put a friendly face whenever we see him and asked us to fill in this review), In-House Maintenance Team Bad aspects: No parking available unless you are blue badge holder, some staff seemed to be not trained properly especially security. They need to be more professional and respectful towards the residents.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most of the time raised pretty quickly. Hopefully this continues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
About the parking. I was told there’s parking available for additional fee but in reality ended up only for blue badge holders.

With regard to parking, availability within Coppermaker Square is limited and primarily restricted to Blue Badge holders, as per the scheme’s operational arrangements. On parcels and waste management, the systems in place are designed to manage a large residential development efficiently and securely. While we recognise there can be busy periods, we continue to monitor and refine processes where possible. Koldo is very nice and helpful he always help me with door open make capocino for me. Karim manager and his staff its very nice snd helpful for rverythink special for mee he done change the matrace for my.son. I am grateful to.know Karim . Very lovely.

Veru good. I like here to be because everythink its easy around shops trainstation and great peole around here.

High quality of living atmosphere. Shops and restaurant are around, walking distance to the Elizebeth park
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really good service. Paul solved the bathtub blocking issues and showed me how the ac system worked. Professional and friendly.

There is well maintained swimming pool and gym in the main building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is generally nice and convenient, with many shops, cafes and transport links nearby. However, there are not too many affordable places, and some restaurants or local options can feel quite expensive. The street is usually manageable, although traffic and noise can sometimes be annoying.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management usually processes maintenance requests quite quickly, which I appreciate. I would especially like to mention Paul from the maintenance team, who was extremely kind and helpful. His one visit was more effective than several previous visits from other team members. He promptly repaired the armchair that came with the apartment, explained the full air flow system, fixed the dust issue, and also gave useful advice about the oven.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that water outages and WiFi being unstable could be an issue in the building. This month, the whole complex was left completely without water around five times, sometimes continuously for a few days. This has been very inconvenient and stressful, especially because water is such a basic necessity.
