Coppermaker Square, E20

After 10 months of living here: 1. Location is still great. Well connected with Stratford station housing multiple tube/overground lines. Great accessibility with Westfield being a 5-min walk away, and Stratford Centre just across the bridge. 2. Community is a 60/40. Most residents are really friendly, lovely and helpful. WhatsApp chatgroups are godsent (esp the Buy/Sell one!!). But it is starting to get really difficult to ignore the handful of very very inconsiderate neighbours who probably think everyone else lives to serve them (improper disposal of trash leading to repeated chute breakdowns, not picking up after their dogs, leaving all sorts of trash around the corridor when the chute is down instead of bringing them to the refuse room and many more). Would be helpful if management could impose stricter consequences for residents who 'misbehave'. 3. Facilities are great, if they are maintained well. We have the gym (with a lot to offer), an indoor pool, a steam room, a jacuzzi, shared working spaces with coffee machines, BBQ pits, cinema, you name it. But they keep breaking down without timely repairs so residents don't get to enjoy them as much as we want to. So much wasted potential here :( And lastly, 4. Management. For the rent we are paying every month, they can be hecktimes better. Things break down and people make messes, I get that. I'm sure things break down in the Four Seasons as well, and I'm sure not all guests know how to behave, but you don't see guests staying in rooms with no water or electricity, or walking through corridors with bags of trash for DAYS. Management need to manage the property better - repairs, timely and transparent communications with residents, reviewing security efforts, taking residents' complaints and feedback seriously etc. They have the potential to be worth the amount they are making us pay every month. But right now they are not.

So far everything is great. The conceirge is very helpful and the apartment is well appointed. The best part of it is how pet friendly it is both from the facilities and from the fellow residents. The apartment itself is very modern and spacious with lots of light. Manav who did my key handover and the induction was extremely professional and pleasant. He toom his time to show me all the facilities and went the extra mile in explaining some nuances to me, especially having moved from another country. Kelly has also been spectacular, and for some reason she is the one who ends up handling my parcel and mail queries - with the utmost professionalism.

I’ve had a fantastic start at the building, and I owe a huge thanks to Abel, Manav, Mufazzil, and Monica. The onboarding and induction process was incredibly smooth. From the detailed tour of the facilities to the warm welcome, they’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel right at home from day one. Great team and a great environment!

I can’t give Val enough praise for his services. I recently moved into the Bussell Building and requested my tv to be mounted to the wall along with a cable trunk and a few canvas’s put up on the wall. Val showed up and managed to fit me in that very day. He did an outstanding job, nothing was too much hassle and I wasn’t even charged! Couldn’t be more grateful, this man is a credit to the Coppermaker square team. 5 ⭐️

We’ve just moved in and we absolutely love it here. The team have been fantastic help and Manav in particular was so helpful showing us around and helping us get set up. The interior of the apartment is perfect and modern and the amenity spaces are just incredible.
