The design of the building and interiors are very nice. It's clean, modern, and quiet. Facilities are incredible, especially spa and communal areas. Everything is new, clean, and regularly.maintained. Staff are also super friendly, helpful and accommodating

We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

The building spa, gym, and workplace facilities are just incredible. It’s really wonderful having so much literally on my doorstep. Don’t even get me started on the fact that printers are easily accessible- it’s just brilliant! What makes it standout are some really fabulous staff members at concierge and reception. Thank you, Holy and Karina who gave me the most incredible service at the gym and spa. Your helpful and friendly attitude was such a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate it. Kush at the front desk- thank you for all of your help! It made everything so much easier and I appreciate the time you took to help me with my queries. All in all, a stunning place to live!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the area and ease of being able to stumble out of bed in the morning into Westfield where everything is at your fingertips. The range at Westfield is literally mind blowing, it has everything. It takes less than 5min to be in a wonderful shopping center. The access to a big train station is phenomenal and whilst Stratford isn’t where I’d dreamed of ending up, I am absolutely loving it. It makes getting anywhere easy which is such a must in London. I wondered if train noise would be a thing, it is not. There is some surrounding construction which can be trying, but I remind myself it won’t be there forever.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management from the building itself has been amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known there was a loading bay to drop off my luggage. I also wish I’d known about living here sooner.

We are pleased to continue our review of handyman Paul O’Sullivan. We opened a maintenance ticket on the residents' portal with the issue and within less than a day, Paul fixed the problem. He efficiently helped us fix a bathroom light and was incredibly friendly and professional.

My family and I are fully satisfied living in this area. The infrastructure around is excellent. You have everything to make living comfortable and have prompt access to shops, parks, the underground, etc.

Usually, management is super friendly and helps with any questions.

Nothing. The management is always available to help if you need assistance.

The design is modern, beautiful and cozy, and services such as gym, swimming pool, sauna, entertainment lounge, terrace, working area, garden and yoga classes make the environment ideal for living. The activities are varied and fun, and an opportunity to get to know the neighbors. The building management is professional, friendly and helpful.

I liked the location of the residence because it is close to the Westfield mall, the Underground station and Queen Elizabeth Park. It is an excellent location with all services and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very helpful and friendly. They helped me with every problem I faced with patience and a smile. I would like to extend my special thanks to the Coppermaker team, starting with Eve who always serves us with everything with great patience, Ryan who takes the initiative to help with all his cheerfulness, Ezekiel who helped us with many things with all professionalism, Faiza the helpful person who always smiles, Melina the professional and friendly person, and the security personnel Aziz and Pranmire who reassured us to make us feel safe and in the end. If you want to live in London, Coppermaker Square is the best choice.

Great design of the building. It comes with private pool and gym. very convinient to reach other parts of the london with location right above the metro station. The appartment is next to M&S and waitrose which is quite hand to do some groceries as well.

amazing location with bars and metros. But the bills is kind of confusion with 2 company charges at same time

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great maintenance team. I drop and lost my keys in the lifts. The team helps me replace new ones in half hour. And one of the stuff Pual O'sullvaw helps me find my original key in next day and returned to me, and keeps tracking my house maintance request.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It will be better solve the bill issue before tenant move in, and check the equipment of the rooms

Hi Joejoe Z, Thanks for sharing your positive experience and commenting the design is impressive, and having access to a private pool and gym is a major perk for you. The location above the metro station makes commuting around London incredibly convenient, and being next to M&S and Waitrose is super handy for groceries for our residents. It's also great to hear about your positive experience with the maintenance team. Losing keys can be stressful, but it sounds like they were very efficient in helping you. Kudos to Paul O'Sullivan for going the extra mile to find your original key and for keeping track of your maintenance requests. It's reassuring to know that we have such a dedicated team supporting our residents.
