We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wide-range of commercial, super convenient public transport. But many noises because my property near street, this area is always busy and crowed, have to pay attention to the safety.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but have to wait for a period of time. All sockets not working when I moved in and wait 4 days to be fixed. There are some WiFi maintain process going on (have to access into my room) and whole process lasting for a month.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Keys not always ready, better to double check with the manager before you ready to move in

Great place to live, but could be improved with heightened security in the local area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is convenient with very close access to a multitude of shops and restaurants. Public transport links are also convenient with a 5 minute walk to Stratford station. The street before entering the property area can get very busy at times because of the shopping centre nearby, and traffic noise can occasionally be heard within the apartment (loud engine, sirens, etc.), but otherwise the location is good. Better security could also be implemented in the local area as people tend to roller skate in very high speeds or backwards near the Westfield area and I had almost collided into one previously.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team of the property is great, they tend to fix the issue within 48 hours and the team always provides detailed explanations and solutions to fix the problem. They are also very respectful and abide by house rules if you ask them to (no shoes within the apartment, etc.).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on the building you live in, traffic noise can be more apparent but it is not too disruptive. As mentioned, the local area can get very packed and can be chaotic to manoeuvre around especially if there are those roller skaters that ride very dangerously in the area. Living in the building itself is amazing, and I have enjoyed my time living here and using its facilities.
