The apartment is literally on top of Westfield, aka one of the biggest malls in Europe. Stratford is also fantastically communicated, although there are quite some weird people around the station, but they apartment is in a very save area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Manav, Sareena and Jose and they have all been extremely nice and helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We would have appreciate to know in advance that there was an storage space, as we got ours elsewhere because no one told us. You need to have plenty of time and patience for the rental checks. The events and building App are very nice surprises!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly, efficiently, and with great professionalism to any problems or issues I have raised, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how friendly and supportive the community is here. It’s more than just a place to live—it truly feels like a neighbourhood where people look out for one another, which makes the experience even better.

The station is a 1 minute walk from here with all the access to Westfield shops and restaurants. This is truly a great place to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have recently used the handy man service and it was professionally and exceptionally done. The maintanence team replies to your requests really quickly, which is really uncommon in London. They always provide services in a very friendly and professional manner. When using the handy man service, Valdiney along with Mustapha and Koldo have been really great as they have assembled two cabinets professionally and in a timely manner. It was surprising how they have assembled it outside the apartment to avoid mess. They also have done a great job in mounting my TV to the wall and I absolutely love it. This was my first experience in using this service, and I will definitely use it again.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure that you have the storage space available for you if you need it as they are very popular.

Location is great, very quiet but also very close to westfield where you can get anything from shops to restraunts.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Needed to fix lightbulbs and get electricity reading. All done in under 24 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. The community is great here. Would be cool to meet some people during the viewing
