Great area right next to Westfield shopping Center. West Ham stadium and the Stratford station making it easy to shop and commute

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very very poor, the Gm is useless and simply needs to change

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’ve been one of the first residents to move in and I can see how the property is loosing its value daily due to poor management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location has no downfalls to it. It’s secure, conveniently close to major retail shops, and is a few steps away from Stratford station. It gets a bit noisy at evening time, but I guess that’s part of the suburban life style. I love it here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For any issue I’ve had, management was there to help immediately. Maintenance staff are immensely helpful & cheerful. I especially commend & praise “Val” for his service and dedication towards any issue I have in the apartment. He is very committed & obliged to help when ever needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew about this place earlier. I wasted so much money on other places that don’t compare to Copper Maker Square.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. But stay around the development… you don’t want to go past Stratford mall side, gets dicey. Next to the development and the mall is all good. Great links for trabsport

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far quick response, everything was fixed quick.

All excpected. But wish I knew parcel room will take this much time from my week. Especially Xavier building is the biggest one and has smallest parcel room? Please fix. Most neighbours frustrated

Its a really nice area, there are a bunch of lovely restaurants in the area right near our apartment and pretty much all the shopping facilities you could ever want, being right in Westfield.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance was amazing. Building management also helped us promptly set up the wifi.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parcel room is quite hard to navigate, its somewhat small for our building and everyones parcels are just thrown about with little organisation.

Great amenities in the area - shops, food, green spaces for walking & working out, gym on site, transport links are great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficiently and swiftly. All issues resolved so far.
