The design of the building and interiors are very nice. It's clean, modern, and quiet. Facilities are incredible, especially spa and communal areas. Everything is new, clean, and regularly.maintained. Staff are also super friendly, helpful and accommodating

We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

Hopefully the road signs can be more clear, easy to get lost inside the building. The facilities in the building are very complete and the use of the facilities is also very convenient. The neighborhood atmosphere is warmer and more harmonious than expected.

Very nice location , with convenience traffic, underground, overground, DLR, train and bus services.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, reception quickly reported my problem to the maintenance team, Jose solve the problem very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is great. Commuting convenience is always my top priority.

Great building but poor management

When we first moved in it was amazing but over time it is going downhill from poor upkeep of communal areas. It is disgusting to walk to your flat and have to watch out for poo. Pet owners are not being responsible and they are away with it. Rubbish is also being left behind. The lounge, co working space is beautiful. The gym and pool are also amazing. This place could be great to live in if management does a better job at keeping it clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location as you’re next to the Westfield with lots of restaurants and shops. Very good links for public transportation. Disappointed in other residents not complying to community rules which negatively affects living conditions such as poo, pee from pets left in communal areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not very well. We have communicated of the poor management numerous times but nothing seems go be done to rectify issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Inconsiderate neighbours who do not comply to basic rules. Poor management of the building.

1. Find reliable contractor suppliers based in the survey of residents. 2. More detailed and instant plan notice by email and message. 3. Design another parcel room for Bussel building and new system for delivering parcels like receptionist collect them first and manage them in a good order for residents collecting them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

1.Terrible internet, always lagging and intermittent offline. 2. Broken common facilities waiting for long time to be repaired like the bin chute, steam room and coffees machine in working area. 3. Poor parcel room management: get delivered for ages. 4. Unstable hot water supply. It is not an good experience whenever you need the hot water but you can’t get them in your room or in the pool area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they would give me the service and recommendation in time but not properly

The amount of bill list every month under the existed contract suppliers
