We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

We have Westfield Mall next to our development- 90% of all our shopping is already taken care of! Plenty of options for restaurants, bars, & arcades are available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond & maintenance issues usually have been solved within 24 hours.

I should have moved in earlier to Coppermaker Square :)

The closeness to westfield and the station is amazingly convient, but also has the drawback of huge crowds, especially on match day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always been helpful in dealing with issues as long as it wasn't a weekend.

The cost of all the bills - added up they are much higher than expected.

The residential area is generally quiet and peaceful, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Overall, the area provides a perfect blend of convenience, quality, and tranquility, making it an ideal place to live.

When the power went out, the building management's response was exceptionally efficient and prompt. They communicated clearly and quickly about the issue, ensuring residents were kept informed every step of the way. The maintenance team arrived promptly, diagnosing and resolving the problem in a timely manner. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving issues swiftly greatly enhance the overall living experience at Coppermaker Square. Additionally, any other minor concerns or maintenance requests have always been addressed with the same level of attention and efficiency, reflecting the management's commitment to resident satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish I had known more about the layout and logistics of the moving process, particularly the best routes to take and the most direct access points to my specific apartment. This information would have made the transition smoother and more efficient. On a positive note, I discovered that the building staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any moving-related questions or concerns. Their guidance and support made the process much easier once I reached out to them. Additionally, it's worth noting that the community here is very welcoming. New neighbors will quickly feel at home with the various social activities and communal spaces that encourage interaction and connection. Overall, a little more upfront information about moving logistics would have been beneficial, but the positive experiences and supportive community have more than made up for it

It’s quiet with great tube links. Underground parking lot is huge, and shops are varied. Little noise or trouble.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we have raised 1 maintenance ticket that was resolved within 2 hours

I wish I’d known that getting a moving van in can be tricky, and trolleys aren’t always available when needed.
