We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

Great connectivity via Stratford underground station and Stratford international. Wide variety of shops and restaurants in Westfield and East Village.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team have been helpful with all problems, especially Farhan who had helped me multiple times.

The building has a great community and amazing resident events.

The traffic to city and the building facility is pretty good here. 20minutes to the city by underground and friendly staff to help you settle down.

All sorts of shops and stores are literally behind the corner:Westfield shopping center, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. The resident community is respectful and the development management is prompt at assisting with any kinds of issues. The development is incredibly well connected, with Cantral, jubilee, DLR, Overground, and Elisabeth lines at a 2-3 mins walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management always responds promptly and kindly to all requests.

I appreciate the warm and respectful community of CMS. That is certainly a great added value.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The shops and restaurants are abundant in the local area. Loads of scenic green spaces within walking distance. Always lively and alive. Public transport is a breeze getting a train and bus is convenient. Wrt local shops there's a variety from groceries, Asian store to Butchers. However, I wish there was a larger supermarket like Tescos/Sainsburys nearby. The current stores (though large in variety- Lidl, Sainsbury's and M&S) are still lacking in terms of size. Lots of petty crime going on around the general area and the constant religious jargon (stalls, people shouting) is not very pleasant when you are out for a undisturbed calming walk after work etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A bit on the slow side but issues have been resolved! Parking is the biggest issue- we arrived at 3am after our flight was delayed by 9hrs with work at 8am the next day and we were not allowed to park temporarily overnight which would have made things move a lot smoother for us the following day!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

- amazing coffee and hot drinks! - no other big revelations that we hadn't already been introduced to! - wish the swimming pool was open for longer hours! My shifts are radical and sometimes a dip in the pool/jacuzzi is the best thing to calm nerves and harrowed muscles from treating patients all day and being on your feet!
