They could improve the garden maintenance in the grounds but I think that’s in hand. The building are attractive and thoughtfully designed and the facilities for young children are amazing- 5 parks within walking distance?! Crazy! Plus the cafes/restaurants are lovely! Brilliant sense of community and a great place to live.

The design of some buildings from an external aesthetic point of view is creative but in other parts of the development they have tried to cram in as many dwellings as possible so they look quite boxy and samey with no flair or beauty to admire. The build quality inside is reasonable (brand, level of quality) but this doesn't eliminate defects and developer has used old tech (eg. such as electric non-induction hobs) rather than newer models or tech. Facilities are good, especially open space from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park but the development itself also has designed in parks, grass lawns and open spaces. There are no gyms or pools but think residents don't mind as the service charge is less.

- Maintenance of the open spaces is much improved - Security in the blocks is an increasing concern with seemingly little remedial action being taken Personal safety of pedestrians is an increasing concern with a regular incidence of thefts - Still very slow progress on filing the commercial units

The apartment is really well designed, spacious, light and remarkably, for a new build, it has lots of storage. Facilities locally are excellent, shops, good restaurants, doctor and dentist. L and Q as managing agents are patchy in response and the service charges have been farcical with lots of changes and confusion. The residents association are active and brilliant. Overall, a great place to live.

Love the design of Chobham Manor, really nice buildings. Facilities and proximity of shops and restaurants is good. For us (freeholders), I don't think L&Q do an amazing job, but they try. I also like the spaciousness of the streets. It feels like we're not all on top of each other. Really nice vibe. Tranquil. Very stress free. Quiet, but enough people going about their daily business.
