The location is good and the building is new. Canary Wharf is clean and safe most of the times. But it is far away from everything else.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They normally respond to issues raised but with so much corporate bullshit. Always say it is being reported and no real actions taken in short period of time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there would be so many students living in this building - with lots of spoiled teenager behaviour.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of cafes and restaurants which is great, but parking could be more accessible - not sure if I got a parking fine whilst moving. Also there’s ongoing building work along the street, not too noisy though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far no issues have been raised but they seem very helpful generally. My water did cut out though on the 3rd day.

Parking situation is difficult when moving with a car, it’s unclear if I will have a fine or not.

Good restaurant offering but would love to have more. It is true that living here doesn’t seem to fully live London, as there is few locals or restaurants More groceries are needed

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive and great service so far. The reception in the building is super nice and helped me to set up the water

Canary Wharf is a convenient and safe area of London to live in. I have had no issues of feeling unsafe at any time of the day and the area has a good transport links and availability of different stores is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has acknowledged and move forward with any concerns. No complaints

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would’ve liked for the property management to arrange some of the building features prior to move-in.

Incredible location, safe neighborhood, good diversity of tenants, not much anti social behaviour, very quiet while being super central!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good and timely despite recurring issues with bin chute

Lack of option re wifi is surprising, as I can’t get the full benefit of my Sonos speakers because of network limitations
