There’s a lot of options nearby, Morrisons 1 minute walk, restaurants and Canary Wharf within 5 minutes walking distance. Elizabeth line 10 minute walk and Jubilee 5. The apartment is furnished very nicely and feels modern and comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the electronic lock was not working which was swiftly fixed by the management team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don’t forget your keycard. During 9-4 there is construction in the area.

I love living at this Vertus building. The whole staff is amazing, we get amenities unlike any other building in London. Canary Wharf is a very lovely area, you find everything you need around the building, it is quiet, but you find activities in every corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always answer very quickly and help in every way possible. The concierge is always attentive and there to help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we had gotten a bit more details on how everything works, such as heating and electricity

Canary Wharf is modern, safe, and full of shops, restaurants, gyms, and green spaces. Transport links with the Elizabeth and Jubilee lines are excellent. It can get busy at peak times, but overall very convenient and enjoyable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management is responsive and efficient. Most requests are dealt with quickly and properly, which gives peace of mind.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartments are very modern and well-equipped, but noise from surrounding construction can sometimes be noticeable.
