Nine Elms is a very convenient area to live in. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby, and public transport is easy to access. Battersea Power Station is also within walking distance, which is great for shopping and dining. The neighbourhood feels modern and well connected, while still being comfortable for everyday living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team has been very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. Abdo in particular has been extremely helpful and patient. He always follows up on my questions and makes an effort to find out the information I need, which I really appreciate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend checking the exact layout, orientation and specific features of your apartment before moving in, as these can vary between units. If there is anything you are unsure about, it is worth asking the Bloom team in advance. In my experience, they have been very helpful in answering questions and providing additional information.

Area is pretty nice. Lots of construction still, but plenty of close grocery stores and a few nice restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far so good, very quick and prompt and professional

Mmmm how many doors have to badge into to unlock it gets a bit frustrating at times

The area is great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the power station nearby. Transport links are very convenient, making it easy to get around London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been very responsive and helpful. Any questions or issues I’ve raised have been dealt with promptly, especially by Abdo Dada, and the team has been accessible and willing to help find solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’ve only recently moved in, so there isn’t anything significant that I wish I had known beforehand.

Nice area, great amenities. Good proximity to Battersea power station offering a wide variety and shops, restaurants and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet so I cannot comment.

Nothing everything was presented with transparency in advance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Incredibly convenient location for getting around London. Vauxhall is a short bus or bike ride away connecting you across trains and tube, while a bike across the Albert bridge takes you into Chelsea or a 20 minute bike ride from Oxford Circus. You also have the power station which has everything you need and the gorgeous Battersea Park. Couldn’t be happier.

Yes promptly when I needed access to the pool and a parking permit

Get to the pool sooner and explore the communal areas !
