Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have 4 young kids and absolutely love this area. It’s so safe, the bus stop is right outside, and the tube station is only a 5 minute walk! There are so many playgrounds, restaurants, and groceries stores all within a 5 minute walk as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! Every small issue we have had was addressed promptly and efficiently!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The convenience of everything being within a 5 minute walk is one of the best things about this home!

Very well connected area with everything you could ever need. The newly completed power station is great to be near

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Abdo Dada was incredible from start to finish. His undivided attention to every step in the process has made the whole experience even better than imagined. His dedicated support from the viewing all the way through to the move him is greatly appreciated!

Nothing, we had everything we needed to go through the application

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is constantly under construction. So not only will you be disturbed by the outside, you will also deal with the most incompetent staff inside when there are serious problems. This is a sore thumb in a developed area. They really need to change the sign to Doom Apartments rather than Bloom Apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded with delays and more delays. No resolution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Suspicious partnerships and constant maintenance issues that aren't resolved. After you move out you will continue to deal with their incompetence.

Very lively area with a lot of new developments that are bringing restaurants, gyms, bars, shops, and other amenities. The gardens at the back are delightful and provide a great space to walk around during the summer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast response to all issues. There’s a team on site that can help resolve all maintenance tickets quickly and smoothly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are very large workspaces in Bloom so you can study or work from there instead of having to set up your own desk — helps with space!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I enjoy living in Nine Elms as I feel like everything is so close to me. Including the powerstation which is only a 7 min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues so far living in Bloom as I moved here recently and everything is going well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t have many as everything was made very clear before moving in and the moving process was very easy.
