Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bloom is located within close proximity to Battersea power station, where you can find lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants and a well connected station. In front of of the building there is a Sainsbury and a bus stop. A few restaurants around the building too. No traffic noise or any kind of noise inside the apartment. So far a smooth transition, thanks and foremost to Abdo Dada who has been very responsive and helpful in securing exactly what we were looking for!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In general very responsive management. So far so good. We are very happy!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bed mattress in a studio is 150x200 which in UK sizes is King.

This block is very nice space, very good environment and ambience, near to Battersea shopping mall and Park. Near to American embassy looks very safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast and friendly . Good! Agent help me when I have any questions when we prepare to pay deposits and lease rent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good and hope can take part in some activities from apartment to know some neighbors.

I truly enjoy living in this area due to its excellent environment. The local shops are diverse and of high quality, offering everything from daily necessities to specialty items. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars providing a variety of cuisines and atmospheres. The open spaces are well-maintained and perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Transport links are very convenient with multiple bus stops and a nearby train station, making commuting easy. However, parking can be somewhat challenging during peak hours, and occasional traffic noise may be noticed. Bin collections are regular and reliable. Overall, it’s a pleasant and vibrant community to be part of.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Abdo Dada during the process of booking my apartment. From the initial inquiry to the final confirmation, Mr. Dada demonstrated utmost professionalism, patience, and dedication. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, ensuring I had a clear understanding of all details. His proactive follow-ups and timely responses to all my questions were invaluable, which significantly eased my concerns and built strong confidence in the property. Thanks to his efforts, my booking experience was seamless and stress-free. Mr. Dada’s commitment to excellent customer service is truly commendable and reflects highly on your team and the standards of your organization. Please recognize and acknowledge his outstanding contributions. He is a tremendous asset to your team. Thank you again for such a positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the utility bills (such as water, electricity, and gas) are not included in the rent. It would have been helpful to budget more accurately from the beginning. Additionally, the soundproofing between units is not as effective as expected, so light noise from neighbours can occasionally be heard. I would recommend future residents to inquire about additional costs and consider bringing soft furnishings to help with acoustics.

Of course. Here's a shorter version. Excellent transport links with a train 20 mins to the city centre. A nice mix of local shops (butcher, baker) and a great park. Generally a quiet, safe street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive. They address repair requests, like issues with lighting or lifts, quickly and efficiently, keeping the common areas in excellent condition.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known is just how much the annual service charge can increase year-on-year. While you get a figure before you buy, it's difficult to predict the steep annual rises, which can feel disproportionate to the services provided. It's a significant and growing ongoing cost that impacts the overall affordability. A tip for a new neighbour would be to always use the secure underground bin store correctly by compacting your cardboard. The chutes get blocked easily, causing problems for everyone! Also, introduce yourself to the concierge; they are incredibly helpful and know everything about the building's workings. On a positive note, I couldn't have known from the viewing just how strong the sense of community is here. Organising a small gathering on the communal terrace is a fantastic way to meet wonderful people.

Property is now surrounded by many active construction sites. Bad view, annoying noise, air pollution and construction workers every day around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't reflect the problem to the management because I made up my mind that I had to move

The high amount of AirBnBs in the same building and construction works nearby
