Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really lovely managed apartments with top notch amenities and modern apartments. Love the pool and the gym. Abdo helped me move in to this wonderful community. He was very helpful through out, always available for everything I needed. Apartments are top notch and everyone super helpful. Love it so far.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just moved in so nothing of the sort has happened.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There are also good transport links, with easy access to the tube and buses. The area is generally quiet and pleasant, while still being close to central London. Abdo Dada has also been incredibly helpful throughout my experience and has always been very responsive whenever I had questions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised questions or issues. They have been willing to explain things clearly and help resolve matters promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known in advance how many facilities and services are available within the development, as there is more to explore than I initially expected. It is also useful to know that the management team is very approachable if you have any questions after moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great facilities, well designed apartments, excellent location - close to everything . Pools and roof terraces are great . Alma & Dandan downstairs are awesome

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. Cleaning & hygiene standards have deteriorated yet complaints are ignored. Back entrance lock is broken and hasn't been repaired in over 2 months

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don't rent on the west, moat street side of Bloom West. The rubbish skips are left full for days and the whole street stinks

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Plenty of choices of restaurants, cafes. Great access to grocery shops. Short walk to Battersea Park and the power station. Bad: None for now

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far they have responded to my query reasonably quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing that comes to mind. One very minor thing would be lack of a physical ethernet port as the flat is fully on WiFi. But not a big deal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I rarely write reviews, but after living at Bloom Nine Elms for over a month, I believe prospective residents deserve to know the reality behind the marketing. I was introduced to Bloom through a recommendation and, initially, the experience almost ended before it began. The Sales Experience My first telephone conversation with a member of the sales team was astonishingly poor. There was no enthusiasm, no attempt to understand my requirements, no effort to explain the development or answer basic questions. It genuinely felt like talking to a brick wall. For a development positioning itself as a premium London residence, it was one of the most uninspiring sales conversations I have experienced, and I cancelled my viewing. Fortunately, a second representative contacted me shortly afterwards. She completely restored my confidence. She was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. The viewing itself was exceptional. The representative showing the apartments was a credit to Bloom—patient, informative and genuinely passionate about the development. Based on that experience, I signed for a one-bedroom apartment believing I was moving into a luxury residential development that would deliver the standard reflected in its premium pricing. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. The Reality After Moving In Bloom advertises a dedicated property management team, an exceptional customer service experience, onsite support and a resident home induction to help new residents settle into the development. That has not been my experience. Concierge & Customer Service For a development where many apartments command rents approaching £4,000 per month, the concierge service has been consistently disappointing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Work not inspected for the costs one pays questionable

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

2/5 or 3/10 its overrated and there are better places.
