The local area is simply perfect from many perspectives. With a diverse demographic mix, it's vibrant and welcoming. With local amenities, services, restaurants, and exclusive venues all within reach, there's always something to do. Additionally, the new Battersea area offers various transportation choices, facilitating travel in any direction. The area is peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is truly friendly and helpful

It was nice to discover that in addition to all the services and amenities available, there was also an organization for courses, workshops, and other events. It's very enjoyable to participate in all of this.

The local area is probably one of the nicest areas I’ve see in London, a lot of space, great transport links and a quiet neighbourhood - also close to big shopping facilities and activities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, we’ve been fortunate enough to not experience any issues or problems.

Having two buildings, it’s great to have different spaces to go, part of the fun is finding these spaces but also could help people seeing this on day one!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wonderful location with a selection of grocery stores Waitrose, Marks & Spencer’s Sainsbury’s and Asian supermarkets just in a few steps. With access to the northern line in just a couple minutes of walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This is my first time renting in London and Abdo Dada from Blooms Has been really helpful with the right to rent check, Deposit paying and the tendency contract. He is very kind and patient and he had been really helpful answering all my questions regarding moving in

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The facilities in the apartment are up for private rental if you are a resident. This is perfect if you want to host a big gathering or meeting

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's an area with lots of new openings and excitement. It has everything you need and plenty to come! Great transport links, great shops and it's very safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Again, as I said we had an amazing experience and we were helped by Abdo Dada, who provided us with round the clock support.

Moving to the UK has been a challenging experience. Navigating the variations in leases, deposits, energy, heating and cooling, council tax, and even ensuring the dishwasher has enough salt it has been quite a rollercoaster. The staff have been exceptional, promptly and professionally addressing my numerous inquiries. I would like to extend a special mention to Abdo Dada, my leasing agent. From our initial meeting, he has consistently provided excellent and professional customer service, addressing all my challenging questions and guiding me through every aspect of relocating to the UK.

Building maintenance has been prompt and efficient.
