Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Bloom East has been great so far. The amenities are excellent, and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is also kept very clean and feels relatively safe, and the transport links are excellent, which makes getting around really easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance has been excellent so far, with all of our issues dealt with promptly to a great standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is construction taking place outside the building at the moment,while this isn’t Bloom’s fault, it’s something that would have been helpful to know in advance.

Nine Elms is a very new and dynamic neighbourhood in London, very international in feel, right on the river with great views along to Westminster and the London Eye. It's changing daily because of the scale of development but amongst all that, the coffee shops, restaurants like Brunswick House and thoughtful green areas are building a sense of community and belonging which is exciting to watch bloom.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and helpfully. I have been impressed by all the staff at Bloom Nine Elms, and four in particular who have been so kind in helping me move in, Doyin and Khulood on Reception in Bloom East, Owen in Maintenance and Izzy in Reception in Bloom West. It's so lovely to live somewhere where you're greeted with a warm smile and a team who can't help you enough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking on the day is very limited (one space) and there is only one trolley for carrying boxes, which is usually in use, so make sure you have some help with you for moving in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area. Sainsbury is just across the road and Waitrose is 5 minutes walk from our building too. There is also a Asian market called Tiantian right downstairs which is awesome.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a great experience here at the bloom reception!! Doyin has been very very patient helpful!! She finally fixed my problems and answered my questions!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The road is under construction and it is kind of inconvenient.

It’s great it’s really lovely everything is good and they are helpful. Good amenities and overall lovely

They’re amazing. Super prompt and helpful Izzy and Nadia helped me out

I wish that the amenities were so good and the people were nice

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location that has been undergoing a massive redevelopment, with new green spaces, shops and restaurants popping up every other week

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond in a friendly and respectful manner, reassuring issues are captured and are being dealt with, even if it takes a while. Shoutout to Ana from management and Abdo, Madalin, Davide and the entire reception team, they are always happy to help and answer questions.

Some restrictions around guests and time of using amenities with said guests.
