The local area is simply perfect from many perspectives. With a diverse demographic mix, it's vibrant and welcoming. With local amenities, services, restaurants, and exclusive venues all within reach, there's always something to do. Additionally, the new Battersea area offers various transportation choices, facilitating travel in any direction. The area is peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is truly friendly and helpful

It was nice to discover that in addition to all the services and amenities available, there was also an organization for courses, workshops, and other events. It's very enjoyable to participate in all of this.

Living in Bloom nine elms is just magnificent! Everything you need in one place; from quiet spaces to co working spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Abdo never disappoints me in any of the questions I may have. I genuinely only love going to him for any sort of help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing that’s a bit of a hassle is the parcel room. Sometimes things are misplaced or lost.

There are nearby restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. Transport links are convenient, with Battersea Park Station and Vauxhall Station within walking distance (about 10 minutes to the tube. Overall, the location offers a great balance of amenities and tranquility. As for living on my street, it's generally quiet with no major issues regarding parking, bin collections, or anti-social behavior. The proximity to amenities and transport links makes it an ideal location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team have been always responsive and effective in addressing our concerns A big thank you to Mr Abdo Dada and the team for thier full support

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Couldnt be happier if there was a sauna in the building, but hopefully management would consider as it is very important during winter season.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

battersea is a vibrant place with large shopping malls and parks, as well as convenient amenities. It's next to the U.S. Embassy, so it's very safe. There is also a train station and tube station, making it easy to get to all parts of London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team of the flat is very friendly and prompt in solving problems

The flat will send you handbook to let you know about the various facilities of the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is great. Lots of services/restaurants/bars within 5-10 minute walk. Being close to Northern line is great for getting into the city. We live towards the front of the building and the main road is fairly loud if we have the terrace doors open. We can slightly hear the very loud/obnoxious vehicles with the doors closed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management were unresponsive in my only attempt to contact them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The "hireable" rooms on the 17th floor were a big sell for us but we used them once and found out as part of booking: - we could not play our own music - the lights have only one setting - very bright - we had to be silent from 10pm as people on the 16th floor complain about noise. - the rooms are very expensive to hire (most are £500+) I would've expected the lane pool in Bloom West to open earlier than 9am so people could do a pre-work swim. Plus, it was closed for 6 months over winter. It was decided the best time to close the Bloom East pool for 1 month for maintenance was just as the weather started getting nicer in April and May. It's rare to find the 3 lifts by reception in East all working at the same time. It sometimes goes to just 1 lift so plan for 2-5 minutes of waiting for the lift when leaving the building.
