A Magnificent Oasis

Living in Bloom building has been nothing short of a magnificent experience. From the moment I step through the doors after a long day's work, I'm greeted with a sense of ease and comfort that permeates every corner of the building. The amenities are truly outstanding, offering flexibility and the ability to tailor my experience to suit my needs perfectly. The spacious and well-designed apartment layout optimizes every inch of space, providing both functionality and comfort. It's a joy to come home to such a well-appointed living space. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They are not only incredibly kind but also always available to assist with any request. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive community is evident in every interaction, making me feel truly valued and at home. In summary, there's no better place to live. From the stunning amenities to the caring and attentive staff, every aspect of this community contributes to a truly exceptional living experience. I feel fortunate to be a part of it!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is simply perfect from many perspectives. With a diverse demographic mix, it's vibrant and welcoming. With local amenities, services, restaurants, and exclusive venues all within reach, there's always something to do. Additionally, the new Battersea area offers various transportation choices, facilitating travel in any direction. The area is peaceful, and I highly recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is truly friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was nice to discover that in addition to all the services and amenities available, there was also an organization for courses, workshops, and other events. It's very enjoyable to participate in all of this.

Great New Build in Excellent Location

Lived here for a year and would highly recommend to young professionals relocating to London. High quality amenities, everything worked perfectly and all staff are super helpful - both concierge and the security guys at night. Great place to host visitors. Drawbacks are the utility billing is highly disorganized and the parcel room is a disaster - ended up ordering Amazon packages to the nearby Waitrose for collection instead.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great if you are looking to be close to central London but still in a relatively quiet area. Good bike and tube connections to virtually anywhere in London. Obviously the modernity is not for everyone but you have easy access to more traditional neighbourhoods

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There really were no problems with the apartment, everything worked vey well which makes sense given how new it was.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Worth asking about free months / rent promotions - there was some discounting going on initially which I wasn’t aware of and probably overpaid slightly.

Luxury living in Bloom Nine Elms

Living in Bloom is like living in a five star hotel. It is a calming and luxurious oasis right off the Thames, just down the street from the attractions of Battersea Power station. The impressive list of amenities offered and the attention to design put Bloom above the rest in London living. The built-in community lifestyle and pet friendly nature are an added bonus. It has been an absolute pleasure to live here. The staff and management go out of their way to provide a high level of service and support that is uncommon for apartment living. I cannot recommend Bloom enough.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good: You’re conveniently located between the Victoria line in Vauxhall (10 min walk), and the Northern line at Battersea Power station (5 min walk). Bloom apartments also have a bus stop directly across the street. You have a lovely riverwalk along the Thames that you can access across the street as well. Other points of interest are Battersea Park (one of the most beautiful in London) and Battersea power station which provides every convenience and shopping need in addition to dining, and entertainment. The neighborhood feels very safe with the proximity to the American embassy and is kept very clean. The bad: On a busy main road (Nine Elms Ln), so lots of traffic noise and it is a high construction build area so this noise is also constant, but you cannot hear the noise inside the building unless your windows are open. Beyond the attractions listed above, the neighborhood is still being built up, so it lacks a high street, many dining options, cafes, bars etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Customer service is the hardest job out there and the staff and management go out of their way to provide a high level of service and support to each resident that is incredibly uncommon for apartment living. No one gets it perfect but their extra efforts do not go unnoticed. Special thanks to Jo-Ann Duffy and Christopher Lavery. They are exceptional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bloom is incredibly dog friendly and so is the neighborhood! Your dog can go everywhere with you including most restaurants bars shops etc. Huge plus!

Great !

AT (Tenant)

Sept 2024

I loved the facilities around the building, and the design of the building itself. The negative comments I would have about the designs is the apartments themselves. The space is fine but there is very little storage for anything else especially when living with another person.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I did not have any negative comments about the area. I loved that it was near a lot of restaurant coffee shops, and especially the new battercy tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far I haven’t had any issues, but it’s been smooth with everything else.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was a gym, because I wouldn’t have continued with another when one is available on the building.

Taking the stress out of London living

Joe C (Tenant)

Aug 2024

When moving into the building Abdo Dada (Our sole contact throughout the whole process) made the move very easy and gave us a positive start to the experience, knowing the rest of the building would be managed by the same professionalism and helpfulness - the building itself is modern with top facilities and is worth the price tag to live somewhere away from the corporate side of London. Overall a very pleasant experience throughout.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is probably one of the nicest areas I’ve see in London, a lot of space, great transport links and a quiet neighbourhood - also close to big shopping facilities and activities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, we’ve been fortunate enough to not experience any issues or problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having two buildings, it’s great to have different spaces to go, part of the fun is finding these spaces but also could help people seeing this on day one!
